Where did you see a report about a pillow?

They probably know that he was 79, a heavy smoker, a lover
of wine and Italian food, overweight and not into exercise.
In fact they might know more than that because those
are just the things that are publicly known about him.

> Autopsy? Save yer money — he was smothered with a pillow.

The autopsy would uncover Petechial hemorrhage if he smothered or strangled to death

I don’t understand how the death certificate can say heart attack without a formal investigation to back that up.

My understanding is that myocardial infarction is the most common diagnosis given to elderly who are believed to have died of natural causes. It means their heart stopped. And they aren't wrong.

It was an unattended death. Why wouldn’t an autopsy be required?

So you think someone smothered him with a pillow and then left the pillow over his head to be found? Really? The man was 79 and he died.

If there was some nefarious conspiracy to murder him why would they wait until obama last year in office?

That was decided by his family almost from their notification.

I can only guess or surmise that the officials in Texas spoke with Scalia's personal medical doctor.

Scalia's body was taken by a caravan of 20 law enforcement officers three hours west to Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso, where, after the family opted against having an autopsy, it was being prepared to be flown back to Virginia, according to Chris Lujan, a funeral director manager.

"He passed away in his sleep of natural causes," Lujan said, adding that he was told an official went to the ranch to pronounce Scalia dead before the body could be removed.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told WFAA Dallas that she pronounced Scalia dead due to a heart attack, but Lujan said he had not seen a death certificate reflecting that. Guevara did not immediately return calls Sunday.

He was the biggest problem for the regime's quest for dictatorial tyranny and he died at a very convenient time for them.

Yeah, I'd like to know for sure.

Why wouldn’t you leave a pillow over his head when you want to announce to your enemies we can murder a Supreme Court Justice with impunity. It’s a message.

Yeah that is what Im thinking, the family probably already knows what happened. I know in the Jewish tradition, we don’t do autopsies unless its absolutely necessary, but in Scalia’s case, if the family thought for any reason that there might have been foul play I think they would order the autopsy to be done, right?

I couldn’t even tell you how many dead bodies that I have seen and handled over the years. A few of them were suspicious.

We got to one lady her husband just said she was in the bathroom and continued watching TV. When the paramedics arrived and asked about her medical history he wouldn’t tell us anything.

When we gave her a few breaths of oxygen and I started doing chest compressions... her hands came up and grabbed me. We stopped and checked her pulse. Her heart had started up, but then it would stop and we would blow a little more oxygen into her and start compressions and her hands would come up again like she was fighting with us. Then she would go limp within a few seconds. It happened all the way to the hospital.

We all suspected some sort of foul play, like she had been strangled but the police, and the doctors assumed because of her age it was natural. Her husband had her cremated immediately and nothing was ever done.

Why not?

What if he was poisoned at dinner?

Now... I’m officially suspicious. No autopsy after dying away from a hospital? Bullshite.

Of course not. Autopsies uncover facts. Can’t have that.

All I can say is that the Republicans need to shut down the government ASAP and make sure that Fort Marcy Park is closed down for a while.

How does this qualify as "urgent"? Eighty (yah,I know...79) year old men die in their sleep every day.Obola & Pals are guilty of many,*many* high crimes and misdemeanors but killing Scalia ain't one of them.

Exactly why they think they could get away with it.....just sayin....
