"...[Pastor Mark Burns] repeated four times: "Donald Trump is pro-faith. He is pro-faith. He is pro-faith. He is pro-faith."
But an attendee called out loudly that Trump is "profane" - presumably referring to Trump's use of the word "pussy" on stage to mock opponent Sen. Ted Cruz and other such statements over the course of the campaign.
Burns responded by admitting that Trump's language is profane.
"Let me tell you one thing, I'm grateful you said that, that Donald Trump is profane, and that's what you're saying," he said. "Donald Trump is profane, but guess what? ... I don't know about you but I don't trust a man that doesn't have mistakes. I don't trust a man that doesn't have the ability to have mistakes and then recognize those mistakes and then do what it takes to change."
Burns tied the argument into the Christian gospel, that no one can earn salvation through works alone...."

Maybe Trump also doesn’t consider cheating on his first wife wrong, as long as he marries his mistress, and then cheating on his new wife, and then marrying that mistress, or making fun of a man with a disability wrong either.
So if he thinks those things are OK, are the rest of us supposed to as well?
And you misjudge what I post - or have comprehension issues. You make it sound like you know me and what I think - you don’t. I like to spar with your Cruzbots because you are so deceived and pathetic with your cult worship of Ted Cruz. Oh, that’s why you like Beck - he belongs to a cult , and so do Cruz supporters. BIngo - there we go!
Say there Donnie, do you like pedophiles? Evidently so.
“Epstein likes to tell people that he’s a loner, a man who’s never touched alcohol or drugs, and one whose nightlife is far from energetic. And yet if you talk to Donald Trump, a different Epstein emerges. “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,’’ Trump booms from a speakerphone. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
He hasn't kissed any that I'm aware of. That's why he has problems with some in Congress. They hate him because he stands up and fights for what he believes in: TRUE conservatism. Not that change your positions every couple of years, depending on who you're sucking up to at the moment, Trump BS.
No because I don’t accept Islam as having the same “God”. What Heidi Cruz said is correct. You cannot replace her words. The God of Islam is not the God of my faith or her faith and Islam is a cult of hatred, not peace. Just as Trump is a man of hatred so are his supporters of hatred.
Anytime someone running for president uses the word “God” or “Jesus”, change the word to “Allah”.
Now how does the statement sound?
That’s what it sounds like to many non-evangelicals.
And, do you think that it’s okay for Ted Cruz to do a rally just a day or so after Joe Biden’s son died, and tell his sick jokes about Biden? Oh, the hypocrisy of the Cruz crowd never ceases to amaze me.

Donald Trump is a picture of hatred and evil. He is a dangerous megalomaniac who should not be close to having the opportunity to use nuclear weapons or use government agencies to punish his enemies. Obama has been bad. Trump would be infinitely worse.
There are none so blind as those that will not see.
Nothing like posting something out of context.
Who was on Epstein’s plane?
Bill Clinton _X_
Donald Trump ___
Case closed.
Now get back to your Cruz snake handling service.
OK, the "D" stands for "die". So then you must have some really dangerous infectious disease or something. Whatever the case, you are one truly demented individual. Dumb as horse droppings too.
Truman said worse. He is considered a great president.
He kisses donor’s butts. Those in Congress don’t like him because he is a junior Senator - and he goes to Congress with his know-it-all attitude, trying to tell them all how to run the Senate. Neither you or I would like this, and neither do those in Congress. You are so naive about Cruz, and his flip flops - which are numerous, but, that’s okay since it’s Cruz, huh? People aren’t allowed to grow or change their viewpoint once they have better information, are they? Not with the Cruz crowd - nope, they are so pure, so holy and so self-righteous, that it is sickening. I have numerous videos of Cruz flip flopping on issues, but, you can do your own research.
There's something fishy about Donald Trump's charitable donations
"....Trump's foundation began in 1987 and exists to donate money to other charities.
It has no staff, and its annual IRS filings have regularly listed Trump's average time spent on it as "minimal" or zero hours a week. The foundation has given out $3.6 million between 2011 and 2013, the most recent year in which its finances are available.
The overwhelming majority of its recent gifts have been made with other people's money.
NBC Universal, World Wrestling Entertainment and high-end, sporting and entertainment event ticket-reseller Richard Ebers are among the largest donors; Trump made his last significant donation, of $30,000, in 2008.
Until late last year, Trump was described as an "ardent philanthropist" in a biography posted to the Trump Organization's website. That language has since been removed.
As with Trump's politics, his donations do not fit neatly within traditional ideological lines: In 2012, he donated to the Gay Men's Health Crisis - founded by gay rights activist Larry Kramer - and the Billy Graham Evangelical Association, which decries the influence of the "gay lobby" and offers support to people pushing loved ones to "seek freedom from homosexuality."
A sizable portion of Trump's giving appears to be geared toward charities prominently affiliated with celebrities or politicians."....
During a rally in South Carolina, Ted Cruz, Glenn Beck, supporters galore, and the crowd in attendance passed around a bag of stones among themselves. In a scene right out of, well, the Bible, the Republican candidate and those of like mind - again and again - pelted the sinner, a great sinner, to be sure, with stones; all the while, reassuring the audience: they, of the upstanding candidate and moral superiority, were nothing like the sinner. Their candidate, they made it clear, was more fit to the hold the office. His and their sins were small, not the large sort the sinner was guilty of; humans of quality, they.
In another scene, right out of, well, the Bible, Jesus once spoke to those with great confidence in their own goodness: "Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a dishonest tax collector. The proud Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer: `I thank you, God, that I am not a sinner like everyone else, especially like that tax collector over there! For I never cheat, I don't sin, I don't commit adultery, I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.'
But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, `O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.' I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God."
This sinner. Old as the Message is, it is so new and wonderful, if rightly presented, as to awaken astonishment in the weary, imperfect hearts who hear. When babes in Christ give themselves to the Lord - justified through the Redeemer's sacrifice, brought into the family of God, begotten of the Holy Spirit - it means a great change for these. It means a Miracle. Old things pass away; all things become new.
Only Now, just like Then - whited walls, the outside-of-the-cup crowd, invested in the appearance of good conduct, their "core" beliefs, and Principled Conservatives, make the Precious Savior, Bringer of Peace, Lifter of Burdens, unapproachable, uninviting, intimidating, to sinners seeking forgiveness, desperate for a second chance. The Ted Cruzes, Glenn Becks, the self righteous minions, like those attending Cruz' rally, banners of spiritual pride waving high, keep multitudes of sinners standing afar off, sure they are unworthy to approach the only One who can make them new.
On that stage, that night, there was not one word - not one word - from the political Christians about the miraculous saving work of Christ Jesus, sufficient to change, to make all things new, to transform the worst sinner, even Donald Trump, into a new creature.
America is full of sinners, who love their country, many of whom would die for it, and according to the purity test of the republicans on stage that night, they probably couldn't run for dog catcher. Often, it is the greatest sinners that God does his most tremendous work through.
No one has walked a mile in Donald Trump's shoes. No one on that stage knows the crowded corners of Donald Trump's heart. There is only one thing every believer truly knows about Donald Trump... he is forgiven.
Trump supporters all seem to be so over the top stupid. Why is that? Any ideas?
Trump isn’t a man of hatred. There you go again - judging something you think - not facts.
Comprehension is obviously not your strong suit.
That’s what happens when you eat the same spam you post day in and day out, it starts eating your brain and the results are evident for all to see.
