With the republican primary race now heading to South Carolina we take a look at the last verifiable polling (large sample, low MOE) which was taken by NBC and the Wall Street Journal in January (full pdf below).
Remember the golden rule of MSM polling. “When polls are silent, it generally means the outcomes are adverse to their preferred media narrative."

Obama was voted in by people who were: 1. Black, 2. Mad at Bush, 3. Suffering White guilt 4. Democrats who always vote Democrat.

I have never been part of a a crowd. I am not a market innovator. I have been to 3 big rallies in my lifetime—one with Reagan, one with GW Bush in my town (good sized one), and one fairly small one with Trump in Iowa.
I hardly think that makes me one that jumps on a bandwagon.
I actually spoke to Iowans at Trump rally, and I can say they were not all decided—they were candidate shopping.
Before you are so critical and quick to condemn, I suggest you take time to find out the facts.
**I have a specific reason that I prefer Trump over Cruz—immigration—and on legal immigration, Trump is far more conservative in his position than Cruz.
The big deal breaker I have about Cruz is that he is a senator and senators make terrible presidents. Really bad presidents!
Add to that that he is a lawyer and they always end up screwing you.

That is really well stated. You have the mood of the Trump voters very well pegged.
Add to that that Trump knows what it is to have to meet a payroll every single week. And his is a huge payroll. No politicians knows how difficult that is. Trump understands the real world.

Honestly, that really did make me laugh. There’s a decidedly humorous side to this...and then there’s the other side. I’m still trying to imagine Christians who believe God is saying one thing with His hand and something else with His face. I.e.: a situation where you have to tune out God’s hand so what it’s doing will not interfere with your ‘read’ of His face.
It’s like going from the X-Files to the Twilight Zone. The last place we need this type of ‘thinking’ is the Oval Office.

A comparison with Hitler does not make any logical sense.
Hitler’s ambition was to conquer other lands and grow the Third Reich. He was a megalomaniac. He invaded every country he could. Trump is the opposite, he was against the Iraq war. Trump is only interested in making America Great.
Hitler was never successful in business, finance or construction. He was a corporal in the army, and in civilian life was basically an agitator and community organizer. Much closer to Obama than Trump. Trump is a world class builder, 10,000 times richer than Hitler ever dreamed to be.
Hitler never got married, had no children. Trump has a beautiful family.

DO not be ashamed if the crowd looks like you. It is only because the people who look like you are getting screwed the most by the career politicians. Their ultra-rich donors force the career politicians to push the cheap labor express relentlessly, and that is why middle class America is flocking to Trump rallies. The looks of the crowd does not bother me one bit, even though I am from south Asia originally. When Trump holds a rally in Seattle area, I will make it there to show my support.
Indeed, their clear signal is so focused they don’t care what Trump’s past is, who and what he’s historically supported and given money to, who he schmoozes with and how much corruption he’s spread himself. He’s NOT an outsider, but now he’s a politician with a schtick - he found something he can win on (he’s been wanting to win POTUS for 25 years). I’m disappointed he’s gotten this far, but it is what it is. I’ll vote Cruz in the primary, and for whoever gets the nom.
The “clear signal” is that everything will be done to destroy Trump rather than protect American borders. Cruz is getting a pass on some of his H1B, some of his birthright citizenship comments, all of which make him shaky.
I keep asking the question: in poll after poll, voters who say they are “conservative” and even “very conservative” either put Trump ahead or in a tie with Cruz. Why? Until Cruzers are willing to confront this, they will not understand Trump.
It means absolutely nothing. Even Muslims are coming to the rallies to stump for Trump!!!
Everyone else was paid by Trump to go and stand in line.
Do not tell Levin/Rush , Beck , and Cruz , FAUX news, ABCNNBCBS, Nation Review... and the DC pundits, who have kept us on their so called conservative plantation for decades.
No irony. Trump has said he wants to stop any more Muslims from coming in until we can get a handle on how to vet them. He doesn’t say all Muslims are bad or that they should be deported.
