"Well, there are three things that people are keying off of. First of all, there are a lot of chatter amongst FBI agents, many of whom have never been big fans of the Clintons. But a lot of FBI agents seem to be saying something is happening here," Bloomberg News analyst Mark Halperin said.
"Second is from a legal point of view, you look at the recent developments that we've talked about on the program, it's hard to see now how the Justice Department, the FBI, doesn't want to interview secretary Clinton," Halperin continued.
"And that interview alone, short of an indictment, short of anything else, that would be a huge political development. It would undermine confidence in some Democrats in the notion of going forward with secretary Clinton," he said.

Civics 101: the FBI only investigates. They can’t impanel a grand jury and indict. That will be up to Obama’s minion, Loretta Lynch to decide.
If you look at what happened to General Petareus, he was not indicted yet was still punished judicially through a plea agreement.
What the FBI is doing now is building an air tight case against Hillary which entails going to the source of every classified email found on her private server and verifying the classification from the originator. I suspect they’re also following the “donations” the Clinton foundation received form Hillary selling influence when she was Secretary of State.
If you doubt the FBI’s seriousness about this, look at the leaks which are coming out of the FBI and Obama’s recent reactions. The FBI has been placing enormous pressure on the White House including threatening mass resignations and disclosing their findings to the public.
You can bet your ass, Trump, if no one else, will use the findings to destroy Hillary in the media. Virtually everyone slows down for a car wreck. What is coming is a car wreck so massive the whole world, including the media, will slow down to watch.
It looks like the investigation is at the point of asking for a grand jury and the White House and DOJ are resisting so the FBI is leaking to move public opinion. The next step will either be resignations or a sit down with Hillary to “tell her” that the rumors of her bad health are true and she will be closing down her campaign. She will leave public life never to return. She will spend her final days in her mansion with a private physician and will be rarely if ever seen in public again. It does not serve the interests of the US to incarcerate a former first lady nor does it serve it to have Clinton in a position of power. A few years later her obituary is published.

Would love to see the Clinton Foundation exposed for the criminal enterprise it is and have all the assets seized including all personal assets accumulated with funds "earned" from the criminal enterprise.
