Donald Trump feud causes panicking Fox News CEO Roger Ailes to call Ivanka and Melania in attempt to get the frontrunner BACK to the debate - but he'll only speak to Murdoch

Donald Trump's refusal to attend Fox News' debate on Thursday night has sent Fox News into chaos The network's CEO has reportedly reached out to both Ivanka and Melania Trump to try and get the Republican front-runner to change his mind He refuses to attend over the inclusion of anchor Megyn Kelly as one of the debate moderators and will only speak to network head Rupert Murdoch Kelly meanwhile welcomed liberal filmmaker Michael Moore on her program Tuesday night who applauded her handling of the Trump feud One Fox News anchor said of Moore and Kelly; 'That would be like Rachel Maddow laughing along with Charles Koch as he trashed Hillary Clinton!' Trump called Kelly a 'lightweight reporter' on Wednesday morning and his campaign manager said she is 'completely obsessed' with Trump

The Fox News and Donald Trump feud is heating up now that the Republican front-runner has announced he will not be attending the network's debate Thursday night over the presence of anchor Megyn Kelly.

And while the network appears to be publicly siding with Kelly, who is still set to moderate Thursday's debate, the network is also reportedly trying to privately plead with Trump the best way they know how - through the women in his life.

Joe Scarborough revealed on Morning Joe Wednesday morning that Fox News CEO Roger Ailes had been trying to contact both Ivanka and Melania Trump hoping they could convince Trump to change his mind.

My wife asked me why I call this b!tch a strumpet and I said ‘pictures’.....she asked why and I pulled up the GQ Spread (heehee) and said. “Well, here. Here’s her credentials - her bona fides, so to speak”

She laughed her ass off and said “I’ve NEVER seen these pictures. I see what you mean now.”

Sounds like what Trump is saying to Fox News.
I think you got it correct.

You know, I've been on this site for a LONG time, I can very clearly remember when every time someone posted an article by Ann Coulter (back when she was conservative) or any other good looking conservative female commentator, that everyone would holler about "the rules" - which meant the original poster was supposed to also post pictures of the commentator in question, preferably the most sexy pictures possible.

But because Megyn Kelly opposes Trump, everyone here is trying to call her a slut for doing the same thing that most cheered women like Coulter for doing. Just more evidence that Trump support follows no logic or reason, just emotion. Anyone for Trump - good. Anyone against Trump - bad.

Greta or Laura Ingraham would be much better. Both smarter and fair.

It seems that The Donald has a deep and abiding difference in opinions and temperament with Megyn Kelly. and he will accept no less that her removal from the Fox News Network panel altogether.

But this brings up some questions and reference to past interactions between The Donald and Megyn Kelly, to when the stage was still being set for the 2012 Republican presidential candidate race. The Donald and Megyn were supposed to moderate a debate in December 2011, weeks before the Iowa Caucus, but only two of the potential candidates chose to make themselves available, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum. There was some speculation then that The Donald would himself set up an independent campaign for President in 2012 (2016 was by no means The Donald’s first visit to the rodeo), and most of the Republican candidates refused to show up. He sneered at them then for “lacking courage”, and now this coming back to haunt.

Will this manage to somehow kill The Donald’s chances in the race to the nomination? Not likely, as always remember, he is continually working “the deal”, and this is just negotiating.

By Thursday night, Fox will have withdrawn Megyn from the panel, and The Donald will go on.

This is a distance-and-direction urination contest. If Fox is panicked, we will know the depth of their panic. Never take a hostage unless you are willing to kill the hostage.

I remember a President who shocked the world by coming home from Reykavik rather than making a bad deal with the Russians

Of course if he is elected, Kelley becomes Fox’ White House Correspondent.

I've been thinking that Trump is going to give The New York Times spot in the press corps to someone else, and NYT is not going to be allowed at any of the daily briefings.

Fox is about to be on that list too, and Megyn certainly.

She wouldn't be able to do much reporting from outside the WH fence.

Sideline Megyn and dump the muslim and Mexican "plants."

That would pretty much empty out 'the room'.

trying to privately plead with Trump the best way they know how - through the women in his life

But...but... Megyn and Fox keep telling us that Trump HATES women, so why would he listen to them? Doesn't Ailes have the balls to try and talk to Trump himself directly?

LOL That’s hilarious.

Trump is bringing the media to heel For. The. Win. Who hasn’t yearned for that?
And this is just a bonus.

Think Cruz can do that? Rubio? Jebito? Carson? MAYBE. Nobody else.
Still think Trump won’t do what he says he will do? Hide & watch.

My wife used to be an obsessive nightly Fox fan. Watched that bitch and O’Reilly et al every night for hours after work. After Megynnnnnn’s performance in the first debate, she cut off Fox cold turkey. There’s a reason for that.

How strange, that is exactly what my wife did also. Exactly!

I hope you are wrong

I hope trump upholds his word and bails

But if he attends he must insist that Kelly remain as installed
Otherwise he becomes the thin skinned bully who couldn’t handle the fair and balanced network sweetheart

That explains all the anti-wounded warrior campaign on the news last night about how they spend their money.

Trump will give the money conditionally that it be spent "directly" on the vets.
