More recently though when I was on the Beck show last year (could have been 18 months---I don't remember the exact date)I flew down to tape a show about the political climate. Barton, not Beck, was doing the show. They always give you a summary of what will be discussed. I was fine with that. But when I got there, they told me where Barton was going and asked all the questions in a way to support his wrong interpretations. I gave what I thought was the correct history as supported by the evidence. The whole interview was an attempt to get me to fabricate or "massage" the evidence. Since Beck wasn't even there at the time, it was Barton. When the piece finally ran, they had edited and cut the interview so that it appeared I supported his wrong postitions.
The whole gust of the piece was that we needed to "reach across the aisle" to the Dems, not stand up for anything in DC, and to avoid conflict, otherwise if we tried to stop the Dems we would end up like Nazi Germany (?!) I absolutely don't trust his scholarship nor his intentions.
Read Beck’s Wiki site. It answers a lot of questions about his instability. Many problems in his life.

Cruz had insurance before he didn’t have it but he did actually have it but hey — a ‘dramatic moment’, right? And now melodramatic.
Trump has a ‘Kelo’ problem — horrible issue for him.
But you check those threads, and you will find lemmings. Both sides.

Beck’s mother died when he was fourteen. The police listed it as drowning, but Beck claims it was suicide.
That is Cruz’s problem. Brilliant, but comes across as a wet fish.
Rush Limbaugh refuses to endorse anymore. He tried supporting Buchanan — disaster. He then supported GW. That meant he bought everything GW broke. It was painful.
Rush is now far more judicious than most FRiends. He avoids cheap shots and had chewed out Trump multiple times. He’s been favorable of Cruz multiple times and if anything, avoids Cruz scandals and goofups.
[Might be impossible to avoid now though.]
Whenever he defends Trump against unfair attacks he’s called a Trump supporter.

Well, almost any classic politician would look stale compared to Trump. They suppress themselves with traditional ‘image control’ and triple think every move.
But back to Glenn Beck.
You know how much he likes Star Wars.
Remember the time Anachan Skywalker accidently turned on a star fighter against the Federation franchise? Beck probably thinks of himself as piloting that star ship.
