Donald Trumpâs official voting record has been released, showing that he was a registered Republican since at least 1980, throwing water on the theory that he was at one time a Democrat.
This is causing major panic in the Cruz campaign that insisted that Trump recently switched his affiliation.
Voting records for Trumpâs adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, were not immediately available.
Trump is leading by wide margins in New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, and nearly every other state where pollsters take the Republican electorateâs temperature.
In Iowa, he is running neck-and-neck with Republican Sen. Ted Cruz in some polls, and leading him comfortably in others.
On Thursday in Las Vegas, Trump boasted of a new Emerson College poll that shows him leading Cruz there by 10 points.
âCruz is going down,â he told a packed ballroom at the South Point casino. âHeâs like a nervous wreck. Heâs going down. Heâs had his moment.â

Not to be rude, but you are free to believe whatever you wish.
I merely posted a copy of his official voting record.
Obviously, that is sufficient for a plurality of primary voters, and steadily creeping up to a majority.
I think the change in his social conservatism began around 2009. Agreed, it is kind of recent. But his social conservatism or lack of it, is not why he is leading by double digits. It has to be the financial squeeze the vast middle class has experienced for 10 years and it is not getting any better. If you observe the people showing up at his rallies are not very poor or very rich for that matter. It is all typical working middle class. Obviously they like Trump only as their last hope to bring middle class jobs back from China, and get rid of the welfare dependent illegals. I hope their hope will work out. Only time will tell.
But I have finally realized that the career politicians in pockets of the mega-rich donor class will never save the working middle class. Because the interest of donor class is opposite of the middle class.
Wow. Thanks.
that last sentence is the most important one, involving whom to vote for, that i have read so far.
it is more powerful than 1,000 absurd pro Trump posts I have read and is strongly convincing.
I like Ted, but even he said, he has to beg for money wherever he goes.
how can you NOT owe people? it’s hard.
even Reagan had to take on bush to get the donor support
WOW Onyx I am amazed you were to dig that record out of the NY Bureaucracy. Now if only you can dig up Barry’s college records, I will surely put you on a pedestal lol...
Then he’s been a country-club, left-of-center Rockefeller Republican all these years.
Are you feeling OK? Nothing you said here makes the slightest sense.
That’s funny as recent as Romney he was complaining about how I humane Romney was in his position with illegals. Are you 100% certain he is conservative on immigration? And how exactly is he going to get that wall built (funded and passed might I add through both halls of Congress?)
HaHaHaHa.
Oh yeah. Truly difficult.
That voting record was “hidden” at the linked article!
I simply posted factual quotes of Trump gushing over leftists. You posted pure gibberish that only a lunatic in an insane asylum would understand.
Our nation is like a very, very sick man who is in imminent danger of suffering a horrible death.
“Trump is like the powerful and dangerous, foul tasting elixir that has a chance of healing what ails us.
I for one am ready to take my medicine!
Sometimes a man or a nation reaches a point where only something drastic has a chance to save them. We foolishly have allowed this nation to fall so very far :-( “
Two thumbs up . Well said !
You really have to wonder about the competence of people running these campaigns.
“good leadership quality!!!”
When was the last time you saw any of the other candidates manage to get the unions controlled by organized crime, Democrat mayors of New York City and Chicago, Muslim royalty, and more get along well enough to create billions of dollars in productive real estate and branded products?
Paul, Carson, Bush campaigns run terribly. glad about the bush one
haven’t heard a peep from carly, it seems.
I know you did. Wasn’t complaining or suggesting you did anything sinister. I respect you a lot actually.
Just commenting on the content you posted. It just doesn’t make any sense. Something is very wrong here - I don’t know what.
