GOP presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) appeared to walk back his campaign spokesman’s earlier comments about Gov. Sarah Palin’s expected endorsement of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump in Ames, Iowa on Tuesday evening.

Ted Cruz is a class act!
Ted, I love ya man but the writing is on the wall. Get onboard the train before it leaves the station. Offer the Donald your endorsement in return for a Supreme Court nomination. You can still get something out of this.

Class act. Like I have said from the beginning I like them both, I like Ted Cruz and I like Donald Trump, I will gladly vote for either one and honestly Im still hopeful that Trump and Cruz can come together and form a tag team, maybe its wishful thinking but I can still hope. All the silliness now, its all politics, to get the nomination, but I can hope at the end of the day they both come together and do what is best for America, because if either Hillary Clinton OR Bernie Sanders becomes President its adios America
Ted has this Constitutional Conservative’s vote in the primary (FWIW here in MA).
Such a waste though of a strong-tailwind 2016 election, if someone other than a Conservative is on the presidential ballot.
Sarah Palin endorses Trump without reservation, but also says that Ted Cruz, a man of unquestioned intellect and integrity etc etc, also has a mission... hinting strongly that Ted will be the first Supreme Court pick by Trump.
She seals the deal for Trump, cuts the legs off Cruz's campaign, but leaves the Cruz folks with exceedingly high hopes for his future... and an incentive to support Trump.

Do you think this is an indication that he's going to get his supporters in line? Some of them are absolutely feral in their personal attacks on anyone who doesn't support Cruz.
Much more so than many of his supporters on FR. They are so bitter about Palin endorsing Trump.
I am just curious. Do you think Sarah will sing the praises of socialist ethanol subsidies tonight?

Cruz is always just a Class Act and I know there isn't bad blood between them. :D

The Cruz supporters here ought to take a cue from Ted on this. Instead they are full of hate or disgust towards her.
