A Trump/Kasich Ticket?
National Review ^ | January 16,2014 | Myra Adams

Posted on 01/16/2016 11:42:34 AM PST by JSDude1

Is Trump warming to Kasich as his running mate after the last debate? If Donald Trump manages to win the Republican presidential nomination (and this is becoming less of an “if” with each passing day), then he must select a vice-presidential running mate. Surely it will be tough for The Donald to share the national ticket with anyone, but at least he will still be on top. With this decision potentially on the horizon, did Trump spontaneously drop a hint about who could be on his veep short-list during Thursday night’s Republican debate?

The answer is yes.

I think he should pick someone with his same New York Values.

Trump / de Blasio - 2016

Now that there is zero possibility of a Trump/Cruz ticket, then any cartoon you can imagine is very possible.

Oh No!!! I know that Jim and I are only partially in agreement but .....

I can't stand Kasich and am losing my "could vote for Trump".

Trump seems to be an over the hill maniac. He is in meltdown. He has been a big Liberal supported and is now pretending to be conservative.

I'm still Cruzin!

If he picks Rubio, I would sooner watch Hillary finish burning this country to the ground.

This is the exact result the New Republic was hoping for. There is zero evidence presented by this Establishment Hack author, other than Trump agreed with Kasich about China. Don’t fall for it.

Mr Trump at one point suggested that OPRAH would make a GREAT vice president.

I think trump says whatever pops into his head at any given moment with little if any forethought and even less reflection after the fact.

His actions over the past several months seem to bear this out.

Perhaps he mixes his “serious” statements with the inane ones in order to provide himself cover for the “serious” statements that weren’t all that well thought out.?

Trump is playing with your head. He may or may not know who he is going to pick for VP yet but I’ll bet its nobody he’s mentioned so far.

After the past couple of days a Trump/Cruz ticket is a pipe dream.

My crystal ball says that either Cruz or Trump will win and they will then go their separate ways.

I hate to think of him in control whenever he starts spouting off. Heck, he may get us in a war with England. :)

I could vote for that, but I am not sure Palin would accept such an offer.

In the Cold War, we had Kremlinologists trying to divine who was in and out, by seat placement at Moscow parades. I guess we now are creating Trumpologists... or would that be Trumpographers?

In any event, I would have to hold my nose to vote for a Trump/Kasich ticket.
