This week on Boston's AM680 WKRO's "The Kuhner Report," Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump told host Jeff Kuhner he thought he can win the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida and Massachusetts in the general presidential election against the Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.
Trump said, "They say that if I run against Hillary it will be the single greatest turnout in our country for voting. A lot of those people are going to vote for me because they are tired of the system. That's why they never voted before. They are tired of the system. And I think that's right. I think I'm going to win places - I have a chance at winning New York, which the Republicans don't even think about. And New York is very big ⦠I mean I think I'll win Pennsylvania. I think I'll win Ohio. I think I'll win Florida. I think we do great. And all the polls have me leading the various people like, you know, Kasich is the governor of Ohio and I'm way ahead of him in Ohio-you know, in the poll."

Same for the GOPe. I hope the opportunity is taken to rip the insides and connections OUT and to start again.
I hope the GOP greatly reflects voters and that the socialists of the Dem party are irradiated from political power.
Wrong there. The legal Hispanics support for Trump is overwhelming, at least here in Nevada. They don’t want illegals taking their jobs any more than any one else. In addition, they spent much time and money getting here legally.
Anything that’ll give regions, will smaller populations, more representation is something lefties always fear.
Outside piggish Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh he’d be able to have high support throughout the state.
Of course then we'd have another Milt Romley/Juan McQueeg/Dubya Busch/Bob Dull shoved down our throats, but at least we wouldn't be taking any risk!
Election Day will tell the tale of who shows up to vote and who doesn’t.
“Actually, I saw a far lefty blog the other day that is terrified of this.”
While it would be nice for Trump to win those states, he’ll do even better in Michigan and Wisconsin.
In other words, it will be a BLOWOUT.
If he only wins NY, it is over at 9pm.
Wouldn't that be a hoot. It would be worth going off the wagon to celebrate that.
But I just don't know. I'm in NY, been here forever, and well, I just don't know. Even in 2012 the result was way too lopsided, 64-35 to give much hope. And 2012 was the weaker Obama campaign in most states, but here he actually improved!
Conservatives and RINOs have been steadily leaving this state for a generation. They have backfilled it with aliens of all stripes and the welfare state has not let up.
Now even though we continually lose seats in the census ( net loss population even with aliens ) which is great for America, the local demographic is "distilled" down to core kookiness. I just don't know if there are enough non-kook (D)emocrats to crossover. Maybe there is, but the math says about 15% of their voters would need to crossover, or a much larger number to just stay home. It is daunting!
I hope Trump isn't just talking out of his butt. Or maybe it is a psyop, art of the deal style. One thing is for sure, it would be quite the party up here for sure. And if I'm still around to witness such a feat I will absolutely enjoy rubbing it in and ruining the moral of the local enemies every single day beyond the election.
1. Build the wall to end illegal immigration.
2. Stop Muslim immigration
If he does those 2 things he doesn’t have to do one more thing for the next 4 years as far as I am concerned.
My stupid deep red, conservative state of Utah, wants to let all these people in because its the “churchy” thing to do. So what IS conservatism? Its nothing if you you allow a total voter/ citizen replacement...you are done.
So, you understand the predicament. One might say that we have been lulled into a false sense of complacency by that parade of sacks of......er, sad sacks (Milt Romley/Juan McQueeg/Dubya Busch/Bob Dull). We have been happy to rush off to the booths every four years to vote for the lesser of two evils. As if they even count our vote. Meanwhile, our country has been carpet-bombed with NWO propaganda and bullshit, all designed to take us down and level the playing field. Not to uplift the rest of the world, but to drag us down! And now suddenly we have a non-politician, a man who has more energy than that entire list of sad sacks, promising to make America Great Again. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I am taking the bait, hook, line and sinker. As far as I am concerned, Trump is Professor Harold Hill, which starts with P, which rhymes with T, which stands for Trouble right here in the good ole USA. You got me started on this by beginning a post with, “Without Trump.........” Every American should be asked to stop and think about “Without Trump...........what?” We’d be back to circling the drain with all the sacrifice and efforts of our forebears gone for nought. This man has already put an end to political correctness, he is already assuming a leadership role in the world. The British Parliament is debating on whether or not to ban him. He’s got the MSM caught in a maelstrom. This is a “man who” has already had a yuge impact. So, you see, if he were to exit the scene............ The Horror would come back two-fold.
I was being transparently facetious.
That goes without saying.
You haven’t seen Hillary do the splits. Huma has.
I don’t see Hill winning CO.
The big three (Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida) are definitely in play. New York and Massachusetts, probably not!
You are more right than you know. I was one of the first to point out that Trump is basically Romney with a lot more backbone. Sadly, he may be the best this country is capable of electing at this time.
Yes. We need someone to at least attempt to fight the two party cabal. No one without a ton of money and a very healthy ego and yuge patriotism could even try.
THAT should be our only goal.
Voting for the most conservative candidate right now is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
It matters to men as well, just not as obvious.
Bravo. This comes from one cunning linguist to another.
