Huma Abedin, the longtime confidant to Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, took aim at Donald Trump's proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States in an email with the subject line: "I'm a proud Muslim."
"Donald Trump is leading in every national poll to be the Republican nominee for president. And earlier today, he released his latest policy proposal: to ban all Muslims from entering our country," wrote Ms. Abedin, in an email Monday evening to Mrs. Clinton's supporters. "I'm a proud Muslim — but you don’t have to share my faith to share my disgust."

Huma Abedin is described here by the Washington Times as a "longtime confidant" to Mrs. Clinton. The "conservative" Times, though, fails to add that Abedin (though an American citizen by birth in the US) grew up in Saudi Arabia with a father who was prominent in the Muslim Brotherhood and a mother who was prominent in the Muslim Sisterhood - a background highly conducive to Islamic radicalism!
Here is a golden opportunity for Trump and his campaign to hit back at Abedin for who she is, and by strong implication, to expose HRC's insanity for keeping an individual of Abedin's notoriety around so long as a "confidante." And knowing Trump's style, he will probably take full advantage the opportunity to do exactly that. Here's hoping he will, and possibly add some icing to the cake with regard to the widely insinuated lesbian relation between the two of them.
Now how in the world can any self-respecting American support a person for president who is so close to someone of Abedin's ilk (not to mention all the other baggage HRC is carrying in this campaign)? Trump and the other GOP candidates can't go soft on the HRC-Abedin connection. This is low-hanging fruit!

How many Americans know that her family is closely tied to the Muslim Brotherhood?
Are they raising their kid as a proud Muslim or as a proud Jew? Inquiring minds want to know!

Too few, because the MSN has largely kept this under wraps for so long for an obvious reason. Obviously, it doesn't look too good for HRC to be so tight with an individual of this background, especially now with Islamic radicalism and terrorism growing into a a major concern.
It's up to Trump (and hopefully, other GOP presidential candidates) to blow this HRC-Huma relationship wide open in public! This is even a closer relationship than those of Obama to Ayers, Dohrn, Rev. Wright, etc.
Being a Muslim is not something to be proud of. Kind of like being a proud Nazi.

No, but if you hum a few bars, maybe I can recognize it.
We are missing a key point re Huma Abedin (Weiner). It is public knowledge that her family was/is deeply involved with the Moslem Brotherhood, and that she worked for one of their propaganda organizations (I think, along with her mother).
What WE DO NOT KNOW is how thorough her Secret Service/FBI full-field background investigation was, and we never will (It is probably protected by national security laws on public disclosure).
So where is our vaunted “Woodward and Bernstein” mainstream media on this? If fact, where is our vaunted conservative media on this issue of what is in Huma’s background that would make her a “security threat” to the US, including who her relatives are re membership in MB, PLO, Hamas, etc.
And while I’m at it, we should DEMAND that we see the complete FBI and CIA files on Hillary Clinton. Her contacts with both key members of the Communist Party USA ( which was found by the Supreme Court in 1961 to be “an arm of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union”, and with individuals who were Soviet/Cuban DGI operatives, will be most revealing and would probably deny her the Democrat nomination for the presidency.
A lot of Democrats don’t know about her treasonous contacts with the Communists. And if you add in some of Bill’s contacts with Soviet and possibly Czech STB intelligence when he was protesting the US in Vietnam while he was in Europe, you have a very interesting conundrum of both Clintons being up to their neck in commies and red front operations.
If we add in the reds in the Obama regime, we would have enough traitors to write a prize winning book about.
Old Muslim adage: “Keep your friends close, but marry your enemies to keep them closer and learn what they are going to do to oppose jihadist Islam”.
