Donald Trump just trumped all the Republican candidates for President.
The day after the mom jeans wearing squat to pee President came out to assure us that tolerance, gun control, and climate change would save us from ISIS, Donald Trump demanded we bar any muslims from entering this country and bar any American citizen who is muslim from re-entering the United States.
Set aside the merits of what amounts to at least, in part, an unconstitutional position.
This is actually brilliant politics for the here and now. Immediately, every other Republican candidate except Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 100% rushed out to attack Donald Trump. He’s unhinged, hateful, etc. And the responses all amounted to "we must let muslims enter our country," which sounds a whole lot like "we must allow all Mexicans in our country," which everyone knows is blatantly untrue on both counts.
We do not have to do it, but the other candidates, unable to nuance their spittle, went all in with "no religious tests" and "yes we must do this because it is who we are."
So, to put it another way, the day after the President failed to reassure a scared public following the second worst terrorist attack since 9/11 on domestic soil, Donald Trump not only got himself to the right of all the other candidates, but also got every single one of them save for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 100% to align themselves with Barack Obama.
Hate Donald Trump all you want, be offended by his proposal all you want, but it is really brilliant politics for Trump right now in the Republican primary and the reactions from the other candidates prove it. All the people attacking Trump on his immigration proposals now attacking him on this have done themselves no favors within the primary process.
Have none of these people read Art of the Deal? This is an opening, bombastic salvo to set the terms of negotiations and the other candidates except Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 100% just decided to negotiation in Barack Obama’s position. And it comes at a time some polls are suggesting Trump is starting to fade in places like Iowa.
Where is the outrage over Obama’s 99% ban on christian immigrants from the Middle East?

Trump might have just jumped the shark.
He just handed the other side a huge club to hit him with.
The silent majority believes there is nothing wrong with being a bigot if you are correct. Why shouldn't we state that the US is the greatest country in the world? Even with all our problems we are!! Trump is rebuilding that image in our minds.
Likewise he will 'reprogram' that "un-American to deny entry to any group" thing into a "It is the American thing to protect our people and to bring in ONLY those who accept our ways and our Constitution".
And by doing this he will win yet again. Because that is what WE THE PEOPLE want!

It wasn't a brilliant strategy, it's just plain common sense. Strangers are walking in the front door and ruining the dinner party, lets close the f'n front door!
There is nothing "brilliant" about unilaterally undermining the constitution. Don't go putting unuttered words in the mouths of others because if you don't beat them up with them, someone else will.
Trump never uttered this unconstitutional provision - preventing American citizens from re-entering the United States - and to suggest that he did is to suggest that he is a lot stupider than he has seemed to be so far. And if Trump is not the idiot you have made him out to be, then we have to ask who is the idiot here?
The gif is amazing and sobering. More than just anti- Hillary. We have been exposed to death and murder, existential nightmares of the deeds of a monstrous and shocking, evil cult. Our would-be leaders capitulate and grovel. They aid and abet the nightmare.
We are told to never mind; to go on shopping and working and cupcaking, and our lives go on as usual but not quite; we do the nice things we do, family, happy times, but there is something shadowing our subconscious, our future. What is seen cannot be unseen. The threat is always there, festering and putrid, demanding attention, demanding action. Cupcakes seem far away.
Don’t care. We are at war.
This is not breaking news and misquoting trump about barring American citizens from re-entering the country is slander if he did not actually call for that.
If Trump uttered those words, then his unilateral rescission of the constitution would finish his candidacy. But, I have found nowhere that he made that statement.
It's a religion. Politics is a subset of any religion whether Christianity, evolution or islam.
I recall that vividly. I am quite sure that the message went out via several channels that he was going to do if they weren’t released.
Heads are exploding all over the place. I mean absolutely none stop. Everyone is celebrating thinking that finally, finally this will knock him off his throne.

Well surprise surprise. This needs to be spread far and wide. The so-called moderates are just as radical as the “extremists”. Why is that, you ask. BECAUSE THEY ARE MUSLIMS!!! YES!!! GET A CLUE, EVERYONE!! Have you ever seen a moderate protesting the killings of Christians and Jews? NO! They want your head, your home, your money and your country. THEY WILL NOT STOP UNTIL ISLAM IS THE ONLY LAW.

Honestly, listening to CNN you would think that he lined up 14 people and shot them.
So you give them exactly 30 days to get back. Then it's game over.
This "huge club" you speak of is Barack Obama's position, which is the point of this article.
And Barack Obama's position is hardly a huge club.
It's more like a swishy perfumed glove-slap.
