Billionaire businessman and Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump is questioning the mental soundness of President Obama in light of the administration’s plans to allow Syrian refugees into the United States.
“Refugees are pouring into our great country from Syria. We don’t even know who they are. They could be [Islamic State]. They could be anybody. What’s our president doing? Is he insane?” Mr. Trump said in a short video posted to social media on Tuesday.

Need to look at Executive Immunity from civil suits.
Pass a law allowing any victim’s family the ability to sue Obama personally. Take that nice Hawaii house and sell it to pay the families of those sure to die if we let in terrorists.

of weakening USA and our allies... while building up the worldwide IslamoNazi war effort to subjugate and eventually conquor us

That being said, just a couple of weeks ago, some high placed European official expressed the opinion that Obama was mentally unstable.
Foreign officials and US Presidential candidates are openly saying that the president is deranged.
It is ... unprecedented.
Obams can be removed if he is deemed insane.
Obama will take away Trumps right to run for President with a wave of him Magic Wand
I believe Obama is indeed insane and it was the insane who voted him into office.
Just wait, Mr. Obama will probably exhibit even more insane behavior as he sees what’s left of his legacy exploding in flames.
