Donald Trump hit Ben Carson in a new Instagram ad, in which he wondered if his fellow GOP front-runner is a "violent criminal" or a "pathological liar."
The ad, released in honor of Friday the 13th, features an old Carson interview where he describes an incident in his childhood when he tried to stab someone in the abdomen. The Carson clip is followed by a clip of an old neighbor of his who said he never knew Carson to be that violent of a person.
Directly following, Trump's team asks whether or not Carson is a "violent criminal or a pathological liar," adding that "we don't need either as president."
Spooky music plays throughout the ad, playing off Friday being Friday the 13th.

It’s called “taking the gloves off”. You know, that thing people here pretended they wanted to see happen. The stuff they complained that GOP candidates were afraid of?

TRUMP has highlighted nothing that Carson hasn’t revealed of himself, so, Trump elected to raise a little hell about it, that early state voters would fall for the Carson hood stories, as if these incidents were some kind of a “plus” for the nomination.
TRUMP remains honest. He reacts to BS like normal voters do. He is nothing short of authentic, in a time crying out for authenticity.

Why do you think a refutation of one particular claim against Carson is going to have any affect on a *completely different* claim against Carson?

Beginning to believe Trump is a narcissistic egomaniac. What about his long time contributions to Dems, and flip-flop on issues? Trump is only looking out for Trump. His EGO is the problem.

Thanks for calling my attention to a fascinating development of which I had heard nothing—crickets. Imo, Carson owes his political skin to Politico. From what I’ve heard, they included so many blatant lies in their story, people overlooked the one kernel of truth. Well, no one has ever accused Politico of competence.

On the bright side, Trump may have taken himself out with this ad and yesterday’s tirade.
There are never any real witnesses with him. Now he says a couple of these things involved mom and a cousin. Mom has Alzheimer’s and cousin isn’t giving up his privacy to get into this bond fire. “Bob” was a friend, now he’s a cousin.
I dunno, but the fairy tail smell of these things serves no purpose, really, but maybe to spice up some chapter of his rain making book.

Yes, both Cruz & Huckabee have lost supporters to Carson. Because Evangelical Christians love the soothing tone of Carson’s speeches. Huck is a has been, and Cruz speaks with a frown and comes across as lecturing.
