Donald Trump hit Ben Carson in a new Instagram ad, in which he wondered if his fellow GOP front-runner is a "violent criminal" or a "pathological liar."
The ad, released in honor of Friday the 13th, features an old Carson interview where he describes an incident in his childhood when he tried to stab someone in the abdomen. The Carson clip is followed by a clip of an old neighbor of his who said he never knew Carson to be that violent of a person.
Directly following, Trump's team asks whether or not Carson is a "violent criminal or a pathological liar," adding that "we don't need either as president."
Spooky music plays throughout the ad, playing off Friday being Friday the 13th.

Give Trump the nomination and the media will destroy him the next day. Trump fanboys/fangirls will be stunned as Trump the mumbling/stammering/rambling twit gets exposed as a mumbling/stammering/rambling twit. Shocking!
Carson may not be Presidential material, but you can’t “BS” you way into being a respected Neurosurgeon. You can BS your way into being a famous TV personality (most have).
I’m glad Trump is there, but people who think the US needs him to be President need a reality check on who this guy was only 3 years ago.
Looks like I’m in the minority on this. Guess we’ll have to wait and see how it all shakes out!

The thing is Trump is no “Romney”.
Romney was the squish from the beginning right out of the gate. Not a masculine bone in his body. Ann had more muscle than he ever had and Mitt was liberal to the core, with the record to show for it.
Mittens went after principled opponents who simply had no money. The Estab was all-in for Romney. Many of us sat him out on our ballot on religious reasons alone (abortion, gays, forced contraception provisions and anti-religious liberty).
BS. Trump had been throwing barbs at Carson’s past PRIOR to the debate.

I agree that, if Carson isn’t hiding something, it’s a low blow, but maybe Trump knows something that needs to be brought into the open.

Ben Carson has lost 5 points in the current Reuters daily polling since the stabbing incident started to get wide exposure. Trump saw that and pounced.
Yup. It was February, not May.
Trump is real. He is running his own campaign. He delegates nothing he can not take care of himself. This is war. Why should he?
This isn’t 2012, and this isn’t your old and prissy 2012 Republican Party anymore. The adjustment to a war footing in politics and in a Republican primary are new to you and a lot of elite in the Establishment. They are FINALLY very nervous.
Resistance is scary and it’s hard. Grab on, or get out of the way.

How much does it take to convince Carson to quit? Obviously he must be thinking his manufactured polls are real, that there are groups of people all across America who are hypnotized by his fiery zeal. Crowds chanting for him nearly in size as Trumps.
Carson is a wannabe Nascar driver who thinks he can wear the suit, the helmet and with enough sponsors names on his Pinto he will win the Daytona 500.
I would do what Trump is doing because frankly Carson is just in the way and is nothing more than a traffic hazard right now.

Yeah...but the Memorial Day parade which Carson specifically says he lead which he then says was right prior to the banquet in which he claims to have met Westmoreland was in May.
It also shows that about 20% of Carson’s supporters didn’t know about the knife and hammer incidents and decided to move to Trump.
Just when you think Trump can't go any lower, the Boorish Blowhard manages to do just that. It's like he's pathological.
That Boorish Blowhard is annihilating the competition if you haven’t noticed. Must be a reason.
