Two debates tonight on CNBC live from the Coors Event Center at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
The 'kids table' started just after 6 p.m. EDT with Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC), Gov. Bobby Jindal (LA), former Gov. George Pataki (NY), and former Sen. Rick Santorum (PA).
The main event at 8 p.m. EDT will feature Donald Trump (NY), Dr. Ben Carson (Fl), Sen. Marco Rubio (FL), former Gov. Jeb Bush (FL), Carly Fiorina (CA), Sen. Ted Cruz (TX), former Gov. Mike Huckabee (AR), Gov. Chris Christie (NJ), Gov. John Kasich (OH), and Sen. Rand Paul (KY).
Moderators for both debates are: John Harwood, Carl Quintanilla, and Becky Quick.
Ted just made the highlight reel!!!
The single digits need this crap debate. Trump and Carson are the only ones at risk in this mud fight.
Cruz was able to remember ALL those stupid CNBC question.
Man, not only does Cruz have a great memory, but he recited all of that so quickly and fluently.
VERY impressive slam by Cruz against CNBC.
—> I LOOOOOOVE people who despite the US media..!!!! <—
Especially if that hate is articulated so honestly and so well.
Cruz/Carson 2016
Cruz just had a Newt moment. He Newted all over those 3 bimbos on the panel.
Cruz knocked it out of the park and the crowd loved it!!
Will the moderators go back to Cruz?
Or, did he scare them?
This is shameful.
“Wow. How did he remember all of the questions asked of each candidate? I will vote for Cruz. I just decided.”
Exactly. Ted is just freaking smart, and we need him to go against Hillary exactly like he just did.
Cruz is telling the truth...Who the hell wants to hear moderates who are from the DNC
“Ugh, Rubio makes my skin crawl with his Mister Rogers simple-speak and condescensionâlet alone his amnesty-promoting duplicity.”
C’mon.
Marco is going to make a fine President of Cuba.
This is not a debate.
Darn it I thought it started at 6 and I come in and I missed an hour!
On his radio program today, Beck said that Cruz told him that he has an "audiographic" memory, which means that he can remember anything he's heard, word for word.
He told Glenn the reason why he usually has a slow wind-up is because he doesn't want to repeat, word-for-word, what he's heard.
Wild, huh?
Remember that Beck story about Cruz having an audiographic memory?
No. They should go on the attack against the moderators, but do so in a clever and funny way. Ridicule. Powerful. Walking off? Not so powerful.
Cruz won the debate already among the base. Basically he has called out the stupidity of the GOPe allowing the socialist media to host debates.
Paul has a good answer about the new budget.
Christie says the government has lied to you and stolen from you—the fake IOUs for SS.
Christie draws comparison with Hillary again.
Christie wearing a green band on his right wrist.
Huckabee says the money is not the governments—it is the people’s money—came from their paychecks.
I agree - how did he summarize each biased question so quickly? He is brilliant, I never doubted that.
That should be the soundbite played over and over. But the MSM won’t.
Yep. That’s the plan. The reason why there are so many low pollers given a podium.
Cruz remembers every word he hears. A photographic kind of memory.
