If you read that accurately the reason for marrying the orphan girls is “if you fear will not deal justly” with them. The point seems to be; do not deal unjustly with them, which would include not raping them. Rape is injustice by any standard.
Maybe there are other verses that clearly and accurately justify raping infidel women but that one doesn’t.

The Western definition of "injustice" is irrelevant to the discussion. To interpret the passage, you must rely on the Islamic definition of injustice.
Violation of a person's rights is injustice. Rape is injustice because it is a violation of a woman's right to the control of her body. HOWEVER, a slave woman has no such rights. Her body is the property of her Muslim master. Under Islam, only fellow Muslims have equal rights with Muslims.
Read the chapter at the link in context. The "orphan girls" are MUSLIM orphans which the man is taking care of. He's saying that, if the Muslim man thinks he may not be able to restrain his lust from Muslim orphan girls under his care, then take wives, or satisfy your lust upon your slave girls.
Does a child have rights? A Muslim lunatic can “marry” a five year old child against her consent and rape her to death. It’s not rape because he is allowed to marry the child, have sex with her, and kill her with sex.

Obviously “Quran supports raping infidels” not clearly and accurately stated in that verse, which is my point. If we wan to debate or argue, accuracy is more important than confirmation bias.
Her father controls her fate. If the father chooses to marry her off at six (as happened to Aisha, Mohammad's child-bride), then that's that.
And if the daughter (at ANY age) refuses the father's choice on whom she is to marry, then he will honor-kill her for defying him.

I.e., satisfy your sexual desires on women OTHER than the orphans under your care. In context, he's discussing the daughters of a widow the Muslim might marry.
So in other words, Muslims should be allowed to rape 5 year olds because Aisha played with dolls..so now fathers are allowed to sell them off and after they are married they can be raped until dead... if your legal system doesn’t allow it...it’s religious persecution.
All these black MUSLIM people demanding reparations for slavery need to be asked why Black Muslims are allowed to have slaves.
