Kevin Owen McCarthy is the...representative for California's 23rd District. All you need to know.
Last I heard McCarthy is a huge RINO and comes signed, sealed and delivered with the stamp of approval of all the big money donors. He wouldn't already be in a leadership position if he wasn't. This is like replacing Fidel Castro with Raul Castro.
