Boehner seems mentally unstable, or is that just stating the obvious already?

Is there a medical diagnosis for inappropriate or uncontrolled weeping?
He has gotten much worse

He’s a drunk. Alcholism has eroded his ability to control his emotions.

The guy is worse than a 13 year old girl about boo-hooing. He’s a colossal embarrassment and yet not enough Republican congressman have the courage to throw the chump out. The fact that Boehner continues to hold the Speakership tells you everything you need to know about the current state of the Republicans.

Maybe Boehner was in charge of the pope’s wine chalice.

If he truly is a drunk and a skirt chaser, then perhaps blackmail would explain his compliance with all things leftist.

I got lucky with a good combination of words and found the disorder: It's Pseudobulbar Affect (Wikipedia). It was described as being secondary to brain damage or neurological disorder.
So I'd think we can say Boehner has the symptoms of a crazy drunk.

A quart of Bourbon would be a pretty “weighty” load and mike induce that one to cry or to have a terrible headache. Either would explain the hanky and the bowed head.

Figured it was alcohol or strokes
Biden has a similar disorder of inappropriate behavior, for him I figured brain damage from his strokes
You realize we are talking about numbers 2 and 3 from the US presidency?

“What a HUGE embarrassment Boner is!”
I was thinking the same thing. It’s pathetic. He’s fragile. An emotional wreck. Unable to cope with stress. Weak. The exact opposite of what people expect in a leader.
John Boehner is the perfect representation of today’s GOP.

And that drunken sonuvabitch is third in line of succession.

I can’t stand the man, and I don’t care for the crying. But I have to add that Winston Churchill was known to cry at the drop of a hat as well.
