From Jonathan Easley writing at The Hill: Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson is standing by his view that a Muslim should not be president of the United States, telling The Hill in an interview on Sunday that whoever takes the White House should be sworn in on a stack of Bibles, not a Koran.

Carson is learning from Trump, don’t back down, the MSM is nothing but blood sniffing piranhas.
If they smell the blood of backing down, they will take you down.
I hope he sticks to his guns. I heard Trump defend Carson this morning, but I would rather have heard Trump AGREE with him.
If Carson backs down, it could be the signal to the whole country that they dare not say anything anti-muslim. Time to expose islam for what it is.
Finally some men with backbone.
Maybe Trump can help with Dr. Carson’s security detail and payments. He just became a major target.
Doubling down. Gutsy.
AMEN, CARSON! Yesterday, I wrote him a word of encouragement on Twitter!
I’m glad we’re finally having the kinds of discussions the left claims it wants to have.
So the left really believes that opposing islam is a losing position for any candidate?
Carson should take the opportunity to tell what islam is all about. Seeing as he’s now in the spotlight, he should point out every fact about islam that is not acceptable, starting with their belief that non-muslims are second-class. Tell about the extra taxes for non-muslims, sharia law, and on and on. He could really capitalize on this by educating the country.
He is a fighter.
The DNC Media smear merchants has never had to deal with the three Gop candidates with a backbone !
Carson will back down, he’ll apologize by mid week. It is his nature.
So Carson is changing his tune and is now saying that there should be a religious test for the president, Constitution be damned? Not surprising given some of his other policy proposals. Ted Cruz is right. There is a difference between saying you could not vote for a candidate because they are a Muslim and saying that someone should not run because they are a Muslim. The first is entirely appropriate as each person makes their voting decisions based on their own criteria. The second violates Article VI of the Constitution.

I hope not. I hope his meekness is not weakness, but strength under control. I pray he will surprise us.
And add how muslims feels about women.
A bible isn’t even necessity. And “so help me God” is not part of the oath. Carson needs to do some homework.
Just imagine if Carson went “full Trump” on them.
“Yeah, I’m a genius. I’m more accomplished and have for more intellect than the faux intelligensia on the left, and they can just stuff their political correctness.”
Has Jeb apologized yet?
Pray America is waking
