Solomon reports part of concern about the information being unsecured on Clinton’s home server is that it could have been hacked by the North Koreans–who would then know more about U.S. spying capabilities.
Solomon reports the information was likely summarized from a secure site and sent in unclassified systems up the chain to Clinton.
“One of the most serious potential breaches of national security identified so far by the intelligence community inside Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private emails involves the relaying of classified information concerning the movement of North Korean nuclear assets, which was obtained from spy satellites.
“Multiple intelligence sources who spoke to The Washington Times, solely on the condition of anonymity, said concerns about the movement of the North Korean information through Mrs. Clinton’s unsecured server are twofold.
“First, spy satellite information is frequently classified at the top-secret level and handled within a special compartment called Talent-Keyhole. This means it is one of the most sensitive forms of intelligence gathered by the U.S.
“Second, the North Koreans have assembled a massive cyberhacking army under an elite military spy program known as Bureau 121, which is increasingly aggressive in targeting systems for hacking, especially vulnerable private systems. The North Koreans, for instance, have been blamed by the U.S. for the hack of Sony movie studios.”

It is impossible not to know that imagery is classified. Impossible.
And one of the latest comments is “wasn’t yet classified”. Does that actually mean that the leader of this nation’s foreign policy needs a person at about a sergeant level to determine the security of this nation?
That’s absurd. There is no way that Clinton doesn’t understand secrets. Hell, having her own server says she fully understands keeping her own stuff secret. It would take a bought off weasel to side legally with her on this.
Who makes the call to finally arrest her? Lynch?
Anyone else would have been arrested eons ago.
And driving into work this morning I heard that she was using hotel provided wifi to send her private server “government related” e-mails back to the state department on her overseas trips.
the radio guy commented (paraphrase) She really doesn’t know anything about computers and e-mail and security.
She must have dirt on everybody or she would have been arrested a long time ago.

Ask yourself this: WHY did the Clintons come up with this idea in the first place? They knew they were committing a crime, and so did Cheryl Mills and David Kendall.
So, you don’t break the law unless you have a motive. You don’t take the risk unless you see a greater gain.
Find the motive, and you solve the crime.

Indictment? Heck I would be happy with the Presidential candidates to start calling this out and start demanding that Hillary be prosecuted.
Because like Rush pointed out, unless and until the Republicans start raising cane about this, it will all be swept under the rug.
If Hildabeast is NOT charged with anything, the government will set a precedent for not being able to prosecute Snowden.
Nothing will happen to her.
