“Once she resigned as secretary, she needed to return classified documents and other government-owned documents, which in this case would have included the server,” veteran Diplomatic Security Service Special Agent Raymond Fournier said....
Both e-mails were classified TS/SI — Top Secret/Special Intelligence — and required the nation’s highest security clearance to read. SI is a control system within the supersecret designation known as Sensitive Compartmented Information.
SCI intelligence, which if leaked can cause “grave harm” to national security, is tightly controlled and usually kept in hard-copy form in bound books numbered and stored in highly secure “read rooms” known as SCIFs at department headquarters in Foggy Bottom. Before entering, cleared officials are required to place cellphones, BlackBerrys, iPads, laptops and other electronic devices on a shelf outside the monitored facilities. TS/SCI material is transported between SCIFs in locked bags carried by special couriers.
Clinton aides, however, put it into electronic form....

It could bring down a large part of government and some Obama admin. Obama can’t be spared and separated from OKing Hillary’s conduct in the first place.

“Mrs. Clinton, you have said you were given permission to set up your private email server. Would you please tell us who gave you permission to break the law AND please produce the authorization given to you for setting up a private email server to use for official government business?”
I firmly believe they hung on to the servers b/c they contain important financial details of the Clintons holdings....such as where they stashed the $6 billion missing from the State Dept....and zillions accrued from selling state secrets.

As far back as 7/26/13, US Sen Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) has been pressing the State Department to answer questions over top Hillary aide, Huma Abedin’s, lucrative govt job arrangement.
Sen Grassley wrote in a June 13 letter:
“It appears that Teneo Strategies may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence. "
" This raises important questions about whether Abedin’s dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.”

Sen. Charles E.Grassley’s (R-Iowa) inquiry WRT possible “criminal” conduct by Hilary aide, Huma Abedin, got a response from State Dept investigators who concluded Abedin was overpaid by nearly $33,000 because she claimed leave time pay even though she was actually on leave.....a violation of US govt rules governing vacation and sick leave.
Sen Grassley needs to determine:
<><> (1) whether Abedin is still on the State Dept payroll collecting govt checks (an old bureaucratic trick), and,
<><> (2) whether Abedin violated 18 U.S.C.§1027; Abedin might have made false statements and colluded to conceal activities in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
It is also possible that Abedin’s collusion w/ Hillary, and other hidden offenses could include civil and/or criminal RICO violations. Hillary allowing Abedin’s several employments could also involve BUT not be limited to:
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);
Possibly infractions centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c); investigations could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate and international commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.
Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Sen Grassley also inquired about Abedin's unusual employment status---whether US conflict-of-interest laws were violated when Hillary gave Abedin special employment status in which Abedin worked simultaneously for:

I think the Democrat party now knows if Hillary is elected president, she will ultimately face an indictment and or impeachment. They will not let this happen. Hillary will not be president. Ain’t gonna happen.

Someone who is clever with the photos should take that photo from Benghazi with the bloody finger marks on the wall and then put Hillary’s statement about wiping it clean on the photo.
If you stand back and look at the whole picture....it’s mostly about the dozen-odd people around her. Remember Syd? He was supposed to be hired and given a clearance within the State Department, but the White House said no on Syd. I’m guessing others that she also wanted to hire....were denied. So when her team sent her the ‘big’ emails with classified...Syd was within the Foundation team and likely getting the same email and could respond to help Hillary understand what was going on.
This wasn’t so much about Hillary being stupid (she is), but the whole team created this server idea to provide info to the non-cleared members of the foundation helping her future strategy. I think when people start understanding this...it’s just Hillary who is in trouble....there’s probably a dozen characters who looking at a court appearance.
The timing of that little notice is also very important.
In 2009 there was an alleged assassination plot against Hillary.
IIRC, Hillary took a trip to Kenya and IIRC the trip was unannounced. That’s were the assassination plot was supposed to take place.
Now clearly the terrorist couldn’t plan an attack against Hillary unless they knew where she was going to be on a particular day.
The only way they could get the info was from the Kenya govt or straight from Hillary’s office. Such as hacking into a private email account.
If the notice came out after the alleged assassination plot then clearly Hillary knew of the security risk and how a private server not only put her own life at risk but also the lives of Obama, B Clinton, and even her own daughter.
Hillary can’t say she didn’t know the risk because she’s been under Secret Service protection since 1992.
If Hillary wasn’t aware of the assassination plot in advance, don’t you think she might be a little more concerned with her own safety and the risk to her own life with a private server after the alleged plot.
More than likely there is a second server and the security on that server is about as tight as you can get.
You can also guarantee “hacking “ into an unsecured server as a way someone got information is also the intent of having the private server to begin with.
Why and how were Hillary’s aids, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, able to copy this info and then get it on the Clinton server. We are talking big time crime here.
