You can also guarantee “hacking “ into an unsecured server as a way someone got information is also the intent of having the private server to begin with.
That makes it sound as if there may have been a deliberate honey-pot left open as bait?
Yet how could that work, unless Huma, a likely-to-be spy (for Muslim Brotherhood affiliates) was to have been so carefully handled that she wouldn't be able to tip anyone off as for inaccuracies in deliberately misleading(?) information, allowed to be on file as it were, in less-than well protected location, thus a tempting and easy target?
Just wondering... idly speculating there in the above, and maybe all for little, or else more likely --- nothing.
Another possibility that comes to mind in response to what you wrote, is that the server which was turned over, was not "the" server, but instead was an older one?
What I believe we can more easily surmise, due to what took place in Libya and Egypt during 
's tenure as Sec. of State;
Islamic extremists were able to increase their spheres of influence, and it sure looks like they were helped more than hindered from Zippy's White Hut, whenever and however The Won could get away with it?
Zippy almost got his way in Egypt, with Valerie Jarret's and Huma's Muslim Brotherhood friends being successful in taking over an entire nation.
I'm not claiming that it was a factor in stemming that MB tide (for the time being, anyway) but I do recall praying to God, that the Brotherhood, once they were elected, would give in to their own basest core instincts in way of assertion of their new-found powers, & overplay their hand immediately, helping cause backlash enough against themselves that the people of Egypt would be able to successfully rise up & roust them, in the end putting many of the MB leaders behind bars. This type of overthrow, although I knew would lead to deaths of more than a few, I did sense need that it be done quickly, before the Muslim Brotherhood would be able to more firmly establish themselves and their grip upon levers of power.
I think I got what I prayed for, though I do recall leaving it up to God to decide if He agreed with what little I knew about it all (very little, compared to Him, I'm more than certain of that), asking that He do what He thought best, provided He could find enough people to yield and agree with Himself enough to then be able to empower them to overthrow the Muslim Brotherhood, in Egypt.
God help us. We certainly need His help.
If we could discover what it is He would desire for us to do, things would be better(?) yet we know too that mankind has long history of not being too terribly interested in what He may think, or else have already made up their own minds what that would be, without having made proper, more direct inquiry.
