Rand Paul recently attacked Donald Trump as a “consummate insider”– an enemy of the Tea Party who “buys and sells politicians”.
Paul neglected to mention that he himself was purchased by the Chamber of Commerce in 2014 for the explicit purpose of defeating conservatives.

Rand is having an identity crisis - can’t remember if he’s straight Libertarian, Libertarian with conservative tilt, Libertarian with a liberal tilt, or the chip off Ron’s block...

Randy Paul is the one man who has worse hair than Trump.
Rand should just stick with the Constitution. That is a legitimate and most relevant issue right now. Just honing in a the 1A and 2A alone would score him several percentage points above where he is now.
It’s clear he doesn’t understand how business is done, especially in NYC. Nobody likes it (except those in political power), but it’s reality.
For all the articles, stories, bylines, public announcements, FaceBooks, et al going on denouncing Trump in some manner and simultaneously claiming he is “done for,” this seems to be a little overkill if you aks me.
We shall see the results in his numbers in the next days. Yet I am unconvinced of the claims, especially if from someone who’s fallen so far since his announcement (Rand) has gotten on that Kill Trump bandwagon.

Exactly - one day he’s the fearless reformer....fighting big gov....the next he’s criticizing Ted Cruz and palling around with establishment types....bitching about the Republican Party while cozying up to Mitch McConnell.

Rand Paul is an useless idiot. Being an Opthalmologist, I strongly believe that the use of the anesthetic in the surgical interventions on his patients has anesthesized his own brain cells making for him to be no better than a brain dead individual (in other words a democrat). Rand is no Republican , nor a Libertarian

The occasional anti-military rants show his roots, leaving his supporters with a confused look and trying to pretend it didn’t happen or that it doesn’t matter. He can’t help himself that is how his dad taught him to think.

I liked how during the debate Trump told Rand he got a lot of money from Trump in the past to help children’s vision. That shut him up for the moment. I guess he needs trounced again.
I don't think Ron Paul's message was the problem. It was that he had no control over his obnoxious out-of-control campaigners.
If Rand Paul had stuck to daddy's complete message, including ending the Federal Reserve, a less globalist foreign policy, and stayed coherent on his campaign for privacy, he would've kept and grown his support. Instead, he's all over the place.

To me, most of the time Paul is another one of Washington D.C.’s ‘put your finger up to see which way the wind is blowing’ type of politician, and that is a problem with me..
I respect the people who are supporting him, just as the people who are respecting the people they are following, it's just we need a person who isn't ‘owned’ by the big companies and lobbyists and will do what is best for our Country, such as the economy, borders, health care, education, shrinking the size of government, bringing in jobs for our people to get back on our feet....
I have yet to see any remotely compelling or even suggestive evidence that Trump is a conservative. His history on the 2nd Amendment and abortion reads like a democrat.

Rand Paul’s stands on foreign policy and the surveillance state are wonderful. Other than that, meh.
Randy Rand Paul destroyed himself the other night, he’s a non entity.
