TRUMP DOMINATES DEBATE; DRUDGE POLL
FOXNEWS SCORES RECORD RATINGS
If Roger Ailes' employees dont wind up picking the partys nominee, it wont be for lack of trying.
Or you just don’t like the poll.
People are emotional voters.
They get a rise from Trump so they swing his way. This poll is in line with previous polls.
That being said it is not hard to fool it. I could vote in it 500 times if I wanted (I’m a programmer and have access to 500 ip addresses.)
I have access to 500 ip addresses as a programmer. Maybe a lot more than that. I could easily vote 500 times if I wanted.
Only caught the second half of the debate last night, plus some clips from the first half, but here are my initial reactions:
1. Ted Cruz: Brilliant, articulate, consistent social and constitutional conservative.
2. Marco Rubio: Came across very well. Attractive candidate, well spoken.
3. Scott Walker: So-so performance, but strong record. Didn’t hurt himself.
4. Mike Huckabee: Excellent in this format, good answers. But I’m not sure I want him as the nominee.
5. Ben Carson: Nice guy, very likeable, decent man, but not prepared to be President.
6. Jeb Bush: Meh. Got some persuadin’ to do to win me over.
7. Chris Christie: See “Jeb Bush.”
8. John Kasich: Soft, squishy “compassionate conservative.” Disappointing.
9. Rand Paul: Better than Ron Paul, but I’m still a little leery.
10. Donald Trump: Awful, rude, arrogant, an embarrassment.
I’ve heard Carly Fiorina did very well in the “Happy Hour”/ “JV”/ “Kiddies’ Table” debate. I’d also be interested in hearing Bobby Jindal and, maybe, Rick Perry.
This poll is in line with previous polls.

Thank you. This poll was supposed to be a react to the debate. But it clearly wasn’t.
I mean - did the debate change you mind? Honestly? Were you for ________ but now - after the debate - you changed gears and are now for _________?
Good summary of the questions Trump got.
Considering HE is the only reason for their huge audience last night, you’d think they’d hide their liberalism some.
From Drudge,
“24 Million Watch GOP Debate on Fox News; Most-Watched Cable News Program Ever”
Thanks.
Wow, that is a pleasant surprise. Usually the media gets away with it.
You’re exactly right.
Good analysis.
She seems to be on the road to self destruction.
LOL@ the word “seductive” which could NEVER be associated with the cold ice queen Hilliary.
The sad thing is, on some level you realize that Trump's message appeals to the Right.
Who would his supporters flock to? Why they would flock to Cruz. You do understand why, and yet you're not happy that they see a lot of Cruz in Trump.
Cruz would draw Trump supporters if Trump dropped out.
He would draw them from people on this forum.
He would not draw them from Democrats, Women, and members of ethnic groups crossing conventional demographics like Trump is.
So by wishing for Trump to drop out, you are wishing for all these added people to drop support for our cause.
Supporting Trump right now, is supporting our cause.
If you don't believe it, just work your hardest to trash Trump and watch what happens. You're not going to like what your work to destroy him winds up getting you.
Anyone but Bush!
“So by wishing for Trump to drop out, you are wishing for all these added people to drop support for our cause.”
That’s not logical.
> Ill vote Trump over any Dem, but at this point why not elect a proven conservative as our standard bearer?
Cruz is definitely my first choice. However, I’ll happily go to the polls with Trump as the nominee. If Bush or a similar RINO is pushed to be the nominee, I will be sorely tempted to vote 3rd party. I am so SICK of these milquetoast traitors in the GOPe.
I see a lot of Trump-bashing in your posts. Fine, but who are you FOR? and WHY? “Not-Hillary” is not enough... case in point: ¡Jeb!
So by wishing for Trump to drop out, you are wishing for all these added people to drop support for our cause.
Thats not logical
Trump is pulling in support across party lines. Around 30% of Hispanic Republicans support Trump.
Reagan Democrats are for Trump. In an environment where 25% of Republicans support Trump, numbers in this Hispanic segment support him over 30%.
Not logical?
Do you think Cruz will pull in Reagan Democrats? Look at his support numbers and tell me that it true?
Will he play big with Hispanic Republicans?
From past elections I'm not buying that.
I'm telling you Trump is pulling in support that we wouldn't have otherwise gotten. Dismiss it if you like. It's still true.
Tell her I said, “Hey!” and look forward to seeing if she is chosen as VP.
“Do you think Cruz will pull in Reagan Democrats?”
Yes.
You and one little 95 year old woman in Detroit are the only two.
