Tech companies don’t care what you look like or where you are from if you can perform.
They don’t need to carry unfire-able drones just to show they are with the PC program. Most likely, if they go along on this, these drones will wind up in HR and other admin positions.
I interviewed many black college graduate candidates. They ALL invariably were coached in group form as to the correct answers, demeanor and interview conduct. The prep was good enough to get by an HR person - but not near good enough to get by the engineers they’d have to end up working with.
We kept them (everyone) in interviews with every technical group all day long. Interview training can’t stand up to that.
Why are these so-called black leaders not tough on black families for breaking up and spewing out illegitimate and illiterate kids? Why don’t these so-called black leaders get tough on the kids for not speaking English?
How about just employing the most qualified experienced candidate for the job..
I sure wouldn’t want to have someone work for me just because they were black but who couldn’t do as good as good a job as the white candidates I had to reject for their color..

Tell the bro’s in da ‘hood to start “acting white” by doing their homework, majoring in engineering or computer science, skipping Midnight Basketball to study math on Khan Academy, etc, etc.
Tell the NAACP & the MSM to start promoting Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams and Alan West rather than Sharpton, Jackson, Beyonce and Oprah.
Make every Black child pass an extensive exam on the lives & work of George Washington Carver & Thomas Sowell before they can play on a high school sports team.
Cough up some hard working, talented highly skilled black folk and I’m sure they will be hired.
Some companies insist on hiring smart, hard working people. Its just tooo bad if you feel like you’ll never make the grade.
A few years later I caught her in a huge scheme playing shell games with vendors and millions in budget funding. I exposed her and the company "let her go" with 2 years pay and benefits. Not a bad deal for someone who should have been fired and prosecuted. All that to avoid an uncomfortable headline.
