Went to Google News, looks like a gunman went on a shooting spree last night in that area. 4 people have been shot in 3 communities.

USA Today says:
Police are searching for the gunman they have identified as 35-year-old Anthony Lord of Crystal and Houlton, Maine. Police believe Lord, who is a registered sex offender, is armed and dangerous.

Police believe Lord stole a Maine-registered 2010 maroon Peterbilt with green lettering on the side saying “McCarthy.”

The search is focused in the Lee area, which is 40 miles south of Benedicta. Silver Ridge, the location of the third shooting, is about 36 miles north of Lee. Lee is about 60 miles northeast of Bangor.

Just got a call...the perp has been captured. Sis is on her way to the food pantry where she volunteers, and no word yet on the shooting victims’ condition...Will keep you posted.

I heard on the radio 5 people shot, two fatally. I will wait until my sister calls to get the whole story.
