Went to Google News, looks like a gunman went on a shooting spree last night in that area. 4 people have been shot in 3 communities.

USA Today says:
Police are searching for the gunman they have identified as 35-year-old Anthony Lord of Crystal and Houlton, Maine. Police believe Lord, who is a registered sex offender, is armed and dangerous.

Police believe Lord stole a Maine-registered 2010 maroon Peterbilt with green lettering on the side saying “McCarthy.”

The search is focused in the Lee area, which is 40 miles south of Benedicta. Silver Ridge, the location of the third shooting, is about 36 miles north of Lee. Lee is about 60 miles northeast of Bangor.

Thanks for that info. I was beginning to worry that it was near Ms.B!! She also lives in a “remote location”. :)

“McCarthy” is my sister’s neighbor. He is one of the people who got shot.
