EXCLUSIVE: Trump Slams Obamatrade, Stands up for American Jobs

GOP presidential candidate and billionaire businessman Donald Trump slammed President Obama’s trade agreements – especially the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) – which Obama argued the United States needs in order to better compete with China.

However, according to a recent report by Politico, China may be trying to enter the TPP – defeating Obama’s main argument for finalizing the deal.

“Of course China wants to join the trade negotiation because the deal is so pathetic and so bad,” Trump told Breitbart News.

He added that China would continue to take advantage of America’s stupid politicians, who don’t know what they’re doing.

Trump warned several weeks ago that China could come in through a docking agreement, which would allow a country – like China – to come into the agreement at the back end.

Trump said Obama’s negotiations are “so weak and so pathetic,” adding that America has “incompetent people” negotiating this agreement

Trump said the TPP would be a terrible agreement for jobs in this country, and that America is already losing a fortune to China – adding that it is hard to believe it’s going to get worse.

As a conservative myself I DO NOT Support Ted Cruz. His vote on the TPA and his desire to increase the Visa program for foreign workers.

I was a Cruz supporter until the 2 things you mention here. Now he can wither away to obscurity for all I care. He gets no support from me.

That's probably why I find myself more and more in the Trump camp. He's not one of them. He may be the biggest lefty liberal on the planet for all I know but, he's saying the right things. In a Republican primary he's a great protest vote to tell these Washington clowns I won't put up with their crap and I want someone not beholden to Boehner and McConnell.

The only question remaining is, how loudly will you whine when Jeb gets nominated?

I too was slightly leaning towards Cruz but that changed quickly with Trump’s speech.

They throw all these career bureaucrats out there and I was just depressed. Same old thing, year in year out. Nothing changes. The American people get screwed with Middle America all but dead on the floor. Nothing they’ve done has benefited America. It just gets worse.

Now they’ve got half the people not trusting anyone and hating the GD government.

How did they think this was going to end up?

Well, if you put it that way - only .001%

Trump wants Oprah as his VP. You can’t get much farther left.

And then there is his “friendship” with the Clintons and his fawning words of
praise for Hillary. Can’t believe he will walk his talk.

This Obama trade deal is a trojan horse.

If it's coming out of D.C. as it stand now, it's not good for America. Any changes, treaties, policies, trade deals whatever they come up with, you know it's bad. I hate to be so distrusting and cynical but it's where most people are now. They created this epic mess.

This Obama trade deal is a trojan horse. It’s disguised as “free trade” What It really allows is for Obama to flood the USA with an unlimited number of 3rd world immigrants ...
http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/immigration/item/20710-obama-gop-trade-scheme-includes-unrestricted-immigration

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2015/04/dick_morris_fast_track_could_lead_to_unlimited_immigration.html

This Fast track gives Obama power to make treaties that override U.S. laws. It’s the destruction of the republic. It gives obama unlimited dictatorial power to destroy the U.S. Proof here :

http://getliberty.org/oppose-trade-authority-for-obama-on-pacific-trade-deal/
http://www.conservativehq.com/node/20233 .

Obama has been working on this TPP obamatrade agreement for at least 5 years in Secret.
Congress just voted to give Obama fast track trade promotion authority to pass this horrendous trojan horse secret agreement. That means that Congress cannot even debate about this nor add amendments and only 51% of the vote is needed to pass it instead of the usual 60% needed (cloture) .

This TPP is something that the left and Obama have been crafting for 5 years and now gets no debate and cannot even seen by the American people only after they shove it down our throat.

They voted to let Obama act like a dictator to pass this country destroying TPP. So Obama gets to pass his own law in which the left have crafted MANY ways to get around U.S. immigration law. They call it “trade in services” which is really Obma’s immigration agenda. If you read these links you'll see all this is true. One link is from Jeff Sessions.

Hahaha Oprah for VP is the best you got? It was obvious to anyone watching that Trump interview, that when asked “Would you consider Oprah as VP?”, Trump laughed loudly and said of course he would, that it was a joke! Do you not see a joke when you see one?

Have you seen Oprah for VP in any of Trump’s web site blogs? But you are willing to call a joke as a serious declaration?

Even I, who has never voted for any democrat, have praised Bill Clinton on occasion because I made more money in stock market during 1992 through 2000. That does not mean I support any of his liberal policies on abortion, gay marriage, welfare, gun restrictions etc. But I do like how the economy behaved during his 8 years.

Do you really think giving Obola trade authority is going to create jobs? I guess there really is one “born every minute”.

No, I think that having TPA for almost five years after Obama leaves office could allow the creation of more jobs.

Here is an article from Breitbart. There are several other articles with direct quotes of Walker supporting Obamatrade.

The right kind of trade deal would also help. Not the one Obama will propose, but the next President would have TPA for almost five years if it passes.

By getting rid of regulation, Obamacare and lowering corporate taxes, we could bring back the 2 trillion dollars of investment money currently off shore.

“And Walker wishes the Patriot Act would come back one day.”

All I can say to that is “WHY?” The USA Freedom Act has all the information gathering needed, while still protecting our rights.

I don’t want any president to have TPA.

That offshore $$$$ only comes back via tariffs and or wage parity. As long as we buy products that are manufactured by workers in other nations that earn pennies compared to wages here we will continue to lose jobs.

I am all for trade that protects us not just makes companies more $$$.

So basically you don’t think trade deals are necessary? No trade agreement has been negotiated in 80 years without TPA. Right now we are losing out in the World Market and soon will be cut out of those markets altogether.

The only question remaining is, how loudly will you whine when Jeb gets nominated?

I won't whine at all. The U.S. is on a steep slope to third world status. Jeb is the defacto nominee. He has the Republican machine behind him not to mention all the influence the Bush family has collected throughout the years. He will have a Billion dollars at his disposal and a huge organization in which to apply it. The also rans in the party Cruz, Scott, Rubio etc. needed to run on a narrow conservative line which they have failed to do within a couple of months of announcing their candidacy. The conservative base was their only hope of supplanting Bush. Now along comes Trump with a Billion dollars at his disposal and making bold statements like America first, build the wall, bring American jobs back home. I'm sorry the guy has sucked all the air out of the room. Jeb will have a difficult time (as Hillary light) competing against Trump and the rest of the field will be playing "me too!" to Trump's tune.

I also won't whine because no one has indicated to me that they will do anything other than what Jeb is going to do. Cruz had me fooled initially but when he played ball with the trade deal what's the difference. Rand Paul cares more about being a libertarian than America. Walker is the most conservative guy from one of the most liberal states in America. Rubio is still trying to play catch up after his support for illegal immigration. Huckabee thinks himself as Solomon and keeps looking for babies (metaphor for issues) he can split down the middle. Carly is good but has not had enough play time as a CEO or politician to instill my confidence. She may make a good VP depending how she holds up in the campaign.

I guess the question I have is will you be whining when your guy falls to Jeb? Nobody other than Trump has a chance against him.

Trump isn’t a Conservative—He is a Capitalist! He isn’t a Liberal because they would rob him of his wealth—he knows this. Money he sent were like a Tax (bribe) to keep liberals off his back. Their are no pure Conservatives any more—The last one died with Reagan. I would go with a rich capitalist rather than an Ivory tower Progressive who hasn’t ran any sort of business in their lives and only has Marx as their economic guide.
