Baltimore has the fifth highest big city murder rate in the country. The four cities ahead of it are Detroit, New Orleans, Newark and St. Louis. All these cities have something in common. Not racism, but race. The killers and the dead are black.

So the equation of needing more African_American (AA) cops to help prevent AA criminals from killing AA victims is not working? “They” always said we need more AA cops and that this would keep the cities calm & collect.
How’s that working for us?

When the WH and JD do not support police forces around the country, the nation falls into chaos...something BHO seems to be proud of.
