Brain health is the second most important component in maintaining a healthy lifestyle according to a 2014 AARP study. As people age they can experience a range of cognitive issues from decreased critical thinking to dementia and Alzheimerâs disease. Researchers write about eight nutrients that may help keep your brain in good shape.

Yeah, but Monday morning is a long way’s off.
Eat your vegetables. Garlic, olive oil, turmeric, raw onions, scallions, parsley, hot peppers, cruciferous veggies, tomatoes—simple as that.
Either you are kidding around, or that statement makes you look like you're kidding around. This is a very serious topic. If you have something valuable to say, please just say it. It can always be repeated in a later post.
It is still Saturday 11:18 pm at my house in Seattle.
I will wake up at 7:30 am, in 8 short hours, run to my puter,
and post.
I’m going to have to up my Nutella intake. Is one Costco jar a week sufficient?
Eat a varied diet of vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and proteins so you know you are getting everything you need. Omega 3 is easy to take in capsules if you don’t want to actually eat tuna or salmon. Avoid eating processed foods like frozen or canned meals that have a lot of unnecessary ingredients that are just preservatives and flavor enhancers or coloring dyes. Much better to eat home-cooked foods from fresh ingredients. Don’t over-eat. but eat well.
My post in the morning is only 8 hours away. I am extremely serious about my ingredient. I never kid around when it comes to health. I do want readers to get seriously interested in my magic ingredient. That is the only reason to post it later.
Like I said, I eat anything and everything. Today I indulged in a bacon burger at Five Guys and Burgers along with a load of fries and two tubs of peanuts which are free at this joint. In the morning I had my usual 2 fried eggs with slice of cheddar cheese and 2 whole wheat toast. I eat what I like. My magic ingredient has kept me pain free, disease free and full of energy. I can still walk 18 holes pushing my cart.
Well forget that. It must not be anything important.

If this is the way you eat, then you might not make back yourself.
A costco jar? A regular jar goes about a month for me. I try to regulate the intake and put it on wassa crisp crackers.
Coconut oil is wonderfully beneficial.
Thanks. I’m a terrible eater and I guess that doesn’t help. I MUSt try harder. Kind of a vicious circle of I’m sick so I might as well eat awful, what does it matter, poor me..blah blah blah...I sound like a democrat lol
They also forgot b-12, methylcobalamin.
Ignore my ingredient at your own risk. Is there anything more important in life than health? Living a life full of energy, with no aches and pains means nothing to you? I can’t guarantee this ingredient will work for you as well as it does for me. But please keep in mind I am in my mid-70’s, and have no chronic aches and pains anywhere. Late last year I shot 77 at Cedarcrest golf course, which is hilly and lot of trees. And as usual I walked the 18 holes. I eat junk food, fast food, any food I like. So long as keep indulging in this ingredient I should live as long my mother, bless her soul who passed away at age 103.
But what happens if you do?
Better PM me the ingredient so a record exists.
If not, could you provide a clue? Such as, is it plant matter? Taken orally? Something spiritual?
I’d guess your ingredient is spiritual in nature.
I’m trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, because you are a 3 years plus Freeper. But I’m telling you right now that this tease you’re running is just wrong. It is not an honorable thing to do.
Well you have good genes in the family, which is the most important part of living long and well. But you might not have inherited the genes to live another 30 years and you’ll kick the bucket from your arteries being clogged. Lots of athletes think they are super healthy and they end up having a heart attack or a stroke while out jogging, playing tennis, or golfing. Happens all the time. It happened to a friend of mine last Christmas. Out skiing in the Rockies one day and dead a few days later.
is it (braggs) apple cider vinegar?
Careful, it may be an anal suppository!
