Kristen Moore of the Michigan Chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America wanted to continue the conversation by exploring the role that firearms play in violence against women.

According to Moore, the presence of a gun in domestic violence situations increase the risk of homicide of women by 500%.

In reality, the vast majority of men can win at whatever level of victory they choose in a physical confrontation against the average woman or against a women they choose to attack. When a woman chooses to arm herself, she is the equal of any man. I suspect a lot of liberals prefer the situation in which women are at the mercy of predators to that in which predators have to fear armed victims turning the tables on them.
