Megyn Kelly really grilled Rudy Giuliani on his comments where he said Obama doesn’t love this country. But Giuliani wouldn’t fold, standing firm, even doubling down on why he believes Obama doesn’t love this country.

He not only doesn’t LOVE this country, he HATES it!! That’s why he’s pulling it down.
But why did Ms. Kelly almost give herself a hernia trying to cover for Obozo and trying to talk Giuliani out of it?
I think MK did herself a great disservice in this interview. Her insistence that Hussein’s grandfather’s service in WWII was some sort of inoculation against communism, etc. and driving the questioning to his grandparents being the defining role models in Hussein’s so-called love of this country is patently absurd IMO. She bends too far backward towards that “fair and balanced” mantra if you ask me.
His primary influence, to me the most formative years, was in a Muslim school in Indonesia. Couple that with some unspecified and undocumented influences later on with Frank M. Davis, ‘Reverend’ Wright, Bill Ayers, etc. and I conclude there wasn’t flag waving parties happening for sure.
This man is a turtle placed atop a fence post out in the field. He is a Muslim, first and foremost, and for MK to take his side in the assertion he doesn’t hate this country is reprehensible IMO. She’s lost a whole lot of respect from me. She should be ashamed. My only guess is that she’s preparing for some big network news gig that will put her in the limelight.
She was asking the questions so Rudy could give the answers he wanted heard. Some call it “Devils advocate”. Others refer to it as presenting the legal platform. Think attorney questioning a witness. They ask the questions to make a point

The guy is the lamest of lame ducks. He is mentally warped due to is terrible upbringing. He may indeed, come apart. I would not really be surprised.
It’s just simple fact that one cannot love what one intends to fundamentally transform. If one loves what exists, one doesn’t seek to change it into something else.
Megyn claims Barry went to the church for 17 years but never attended. Even Oprah quit that church for fear of it getting out.
It seems everyone has forgotten Kelley’s giddy performance on election night last year. Her pom poms were waving as we lost.

That is puzzling, and a few ideas have been expressed on this thread. Some think she was being a devil's advocate, others think she was just trying to ask questions to help Rudy get more of his opinion out.
To me, it seemed she was defensive and to some extent, offended with Rudy's opinion. She would not engage his direct question about Wright's church "What would you have done?", and after stumbling, she said, this is not about me, which I thought was her producer saying it in her earpiece.
I am just thankful that Rudy did not back off or apologize for his stance. Wish we could see more of that.
Because there would be no need to.
Obviously it is just too nuanced a thought for us commoners to process. /s

My mother was an immigrant to America. We flew the American flag every day from our porch. During the Vietnam War, we were the only flag flying on our street.
I continue the tradition today. Many in my senior development, even non-veterans like myself, fly the flag every day.
