How to fight him? Begin with the lame-duck session of Congress. The GOP cannot allow Harry Reid to pass a continuing resolution that funds the government through the rest of the fiscal year, thereby depriving Republicans of the opportunity to address executive amnesty using its departmental budgets.

We have checks and balances.
Congress will be simply ceramonial AT THIS POINT if they do not go for immpeachment and removal from office.
Forget the courts ..... It’s too easy to find a judge that will rule politically.
Congress will have to Act (impeach and removal from office immeadilty).
The congress has the LEAGAL Authority, the Supreme Law of the Land The U.S. Constitutional, to impeach and remove from office immediately.
If Boehner and McConneel do nothing, then an immeadiate election recall should happen.
Senators like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul are going to have to work togther to resotre the Republic.
If the congress fails to act, then the States must have a Constitution Convention immediately.
If not, then this country is finished.
