On the Friday broadcast of “The McLaughlin Group,” columnist Pat Buchanan predicted that President Obama would grant amnesty to illegal immigrants via executive order by Labor Day and that such an action would “set the country completely on fire.”
After Washington Examiner Chief Congressional Correspondent Susan Ferrechio argued that “Democrats could gain from Hispanic voters turning out, especially if the president decides to take key executive actions in this summer that would help Hispanics who are here in the country, perhaps living here illegally. That could boost popularity for the party,” Buchanan responded “executive amnesty will set the country completely on fire. I do agree, it might get out the Hispanic vote, but you will have red state Democrats denouncing the president for doing it, for engaging in unconstitutional action. It would be a tremendous firestorm which would really polarize the nation.”

Amnesty would actually benefit another generation of those young unemployed baby factories. The new legal workers will begin paying taxes to support the welfare system.
Yes, it is more risky to predict both the date and the time here as you point out. In the stock market there can be greater reward for taking more risk, so that could come Buchanan’s way here with this prediction. On the downside if he has wrong, he has still been a champion of this whole issue going back at least to his run for President, and probably a lot longer.
The lawsuit declaring the action unconstitutional should hit the SCOTUS within n hour after the announcement. A permanent injunction prohibiting implementation should be in effect within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.
Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

The courts are deaf to Christians being persecuted for believing God's Word that homosexuality is not a wonderful thing, but sin. Yet, they refuse cases on the basis of cowardice. Moreover, we have a bull dyke lesbian on the court, courtesy of our illegitimate Community Organizer with a stolen Social Security number and forged Selective Service application, and the "Wise Latina" who is as racist as our Attorney General. All of them belong in prison.

One official or citizen with standing can get an injunction in District Court, and then ultimately argue in front of SCOTUS that executive amnesty is unconstitutional.

Going to the court is hardly a slam dunk with him in charge, it appears more likely to me he would rule with the other Marxists rather than as a conservative justice.
Obama wants to set the country on fire. It means martial law and no presidential election in 2016.

Given the performance of our border state Governors on illegal immigration over the last several years, I have little faith that any of them will rise to the historic moment that is presenting itself.
I fear that it's really up to the people to repel the invasion. Our governments - local, state, and federal, aren't going to do a damn thing to protect us or the nation.
