Paul, according to CNN, also talked about making the Republican party “bigger” and much more inclusive, saying that unless Republicans “broaden their message” to reach more people, winning future elections is going to be a bit of a problem.
“You go to a Republican event and it’s all white people—not because we’re excluding anybody, but because we just haven’t done a good enough job encouraging people to come into our party.”

What we are learning about Paul, is that a lot of this talk is about changing the GOP platform to a much more liberal platform on social issues, abortion, gay marriage, etc.
Much of his language of “youth”, “evolve”, “grow the party”, is cover for his wanting to move the party left.
Idiots like Rand Paul are why we are going to lose in November when we should have a rip roaring win.

Hey Rand, how about concentrating on the opposition party and actually offering conservative solutions to their various depravities.

We tried telling people. They knew better. and now we have lost months wasting time with this moron...just the way they planned it.
There are plenty of us trying to demonstrate why minorities are better served by Republican ideas, but they ain’t listening. I hope Rand wasn’t suggesting we go more Dem-lite to attrack non-whites.
Of course he is.
