The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the District Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

The injury isn’t necessarily immediately known. However the existence of the injury shows that an attack occurred - and the officer did know THAT.
All ya have to do is look at the crime scene images.
Look at the the evidence markers, which appear to be red traffic cones in this case.
It appears at least 3 of the cones are within feet, maybe 5'-8' from the Mr. Brown's body...

If he had an orbital blowout, all of his shots were shot with one eye. I’m surprised he hit anything.
Officer Wilson just may have some causes of action for defamation against some in the Media and Rev. Al.

The theory may be crummy in practice and not what was intended, but Guenevere’s observation is still extremely useful: the cop DID “shoot-to-wound” insofar as the first four shots (regardless of intent) did in fact hit Brown’s arm; lethal head shots followed only after FOUR of those attempts failed to stop him (and coroner concluded even the eye-socket shot wasn’t the terminal one).
To wit:
“Well, why didn’t the cop just shoot him in the arm or leg or something instead of killing him?”
“HE DID! the cop shot Brown in the arm FOUR TIMES and he STILL continued approaching to attack the cop (after already punching him in the face so hard he broke the cop’s eye socket)!”

Whatever happened to the Federal indictment in the Zimmerman case? Holder promised a DOJ investigation, but... (crickets)
Same thing here. If anything, Brown is even way more guilty than Trayvon and Wilson is way more innocent that George.
