After Breitbart Texas reported on the U.S. Bureau of Land Managements (BLM) intent to seize 90,000 acres belonging to Texas landholders along the Texas/Oklahoma line, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott questioned the BLMs authority to take such action.
I am about ready, General Abbott told Breitbart Texas, to go to go to the Red River and raise a Come and Take It flag to tell the feds to stay out of Texas.
Gen. Abbott sent a strongly-worded letter to BLM Director Neil Kornze, asking for answers to a series of questions related to the potential land grab.
I am deeply concerned about the notion that the Bureau of Land Management believes the federal government has the authority to swoop in and take land that has been owned and cultivated by Texas landowners for generations, General Abbott wrote. The BLMs newly asserted claims to land along the Red River threaten to upset long-settled private property rights and undermine fundamental principlesincluding the rule of lawthat form the foundation of our democracy. Yet, the BLM has failed to disclose either its full intentions or the legal justification for its proposed actions. Decisions of this magnitude must not be made inside a bureaucratic black box.
In an exclusive interview with Breitbart Texas, General Abbott said, This is the latest line of attack by the Obama Administration where it seems like they have a complete disregard for the rule of law in this country ...And now theyve crossed the line quite literally by coming into the State of Texas and trying to claim Texas land as federal land. And, as the Attorney General of Texas I am not going to allow this.

Water.
Excellent!
and Wendy Davis is silent on the matter.......
I used to have a little horse ranch in OK, so I can wear a real cowboy hat with pride, even if I do live in the east now.
As coincidence would have it, I was contemplating recent anti-bullying campaigns in schools...when clearly this administration and the patsy msm identify as a problem while they prove to be master bullies!
Their intention is to provoke an incident. A “Reichstag fire” in order to suspend civil liberties, discredit those that vile and evil Reid calls terrorists and disarm the public.
The commie/fascists think they know what they’re doing but like all evil they are impatient. Still a large majority of Americans remember what it takes to be free.
Love that Greg Abbott!
This is great news!
Ken Paxton, endorsed by Senator Ted Cruz, appears to have the right stuff to fill the void when Governor Greg Abbott becomes a reality. Like Cruz, Paxton is a non-native (born in North Dakota) but epitomizes Texas values and culture. And like Ted Cruz, Ken Paxton is a committed Christian.
Thanks.
It is TIME to DownSize DC! Close Entire Rogue/Unconstitutional Departments including their SWAT Teams.
The only way to remove the subversive Bureaucraps that are doing this is close their nesting place. Total elimination.
Move anything worthwhile back to the State level where they can be closely watched. And the funding starved to keep them in check.
I will be in DC on May 16th, for what is being billed as the American Spring. But I am praying for a Great American Awakening 2014.
By any means necessary.
I could likely find more "anomalies" should I spend more than 10 sec reviewing same.

Exactly right, not the courts, not the pols. US! Through the states or our own volition if necessary. What the Bundy’s and militias did was completely constitutional. I don’t trust any pol or commentator who says otherwise.
I said yesterday in a post about this, I expected Attorney General Greg Abbott to be sitting in his wheelchair on the bank of the Red River with his rifle in his lap. He just did that. DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS.
Heck, here in California we are the Fed's bestest friends ever. But somehow I don't feel a whole lot better off for it.

“I believe this covers multiple counties.”
Yes, it does. I saw a list yesterday, didn’t save it but I can find it again.
