I'm just trying to get good info on TV and know already what I'd be treated to on the other channels but, I turn on Fox and there's Whorealdo, couching his language that implies Zimm was wrong.
Further, he invites Judge Janine Piero and they both go on and on about Stand your Ground and the law needs to be changed because it leads to far too many vagaries and can only result in further unnecessary deaths.
Done.
I’m not going to listen to that kind of pedantic drivel.
Yep. That Mucho Mierdas....
When I tuned in I thought I was listening to a different gal than I had come to adore.
She started talking about Stand your Ground, which doesn’t apply in the case but, by inference, tied it in and suggested it needed to be changed to cut down on the number of deaths.
That’s what set me off and I was like WTF? Is you KuhRayZee?
Weirdly, she’s been agreeable and rational over the last several years.
But, yeah...
Which is what I thought I was going to be watching.
Get in line, pal ;-) I can’t believe it takes 18 replies before someone defends Jeanine, who is one of the strongest, no BS Conservatives on the air anywhere. If she happens to have an different opinion on an issue or two, big deal. It IS (barely) a free country, and a a laywer and judge, she has a different perspective than you or I.
Feel free to hammer away at Whorealdo, though.
lol, I think you have a point.
“Is there an alternative to Whorealdo and Judge Janine?”
Yes!
Kill your television.
Develop alternate sources of information.
(The internet, maybe?)
Without TV, movies, and other mass media, there is a potential alternative reality...
real reality - the old fashioned kind.
Which is I weirded out when she went off on Stand your Ground.
I was like “K? Something change here?”
Date her?
I just want to make her breakfast.
Kant kill my TV.
My Xbox is hooked up to it.
How would I get satisfaction from killing terrorist and enemies of America all over the world without it.
many lies....
I gave up TV a decade ago and never regretted it, since I have the internet. I have access to all the greatest thinkers in politics today and tons of Classical books and I know who to trust-—just go to their threads (like Thomas Sowell)-—and, of course, FR and read the comments.
The news shows pick up people who have a bias and most will only stick to the talking points that the network allows. They have an agenda-—and strict rules—even Fox News with their “French Youths”-—that is when I dumped Fox, years ago—when the Saudis bought into their network.
I don’t bother with any of them unless there is a featured outstanding speech-—such as by Ted Cruz or his father that is featured on a conservative site-—other “ideas” aren’t worth the time and they are just meant to make you angry anyhow or twist perceptions. Go to original sources.....don’t get second hand commentary unless by a very trusted person.
Not many out there to “trust” IMHO. If they are famous for a long time and MS-—they have probably sold their soul to keep from being like a Brietbart and Michael Hastings. They are probably part of the Hegelian Dialectic-—although seemingly on the Right-—they are moving us Leftward.......by increments. The old frog in the pot theory and the water is almost boiling.
Alternative to Whorealdo and Janine?
Of course there is. Back to back Everybody Loves Raymond episodes on Saturday night. :)
You would think WheresWaldo would remember what it was like to have a broken nose. He did say the case should have never been brought, but backed down from the Blacks.
Trayvon made the mistake of trying to mug an armed man.
“You don’t waste good” Would have been great but, New season doesn’t start til Sept
Deep man...Deep...
Sadly, that’s how I see it.
Zimm was on the losing end of brain damage or death and made the choice to live.
Sadly, it cost Travon his life.
He announced this months ago on the Factor.....and either he or O'Reilly bring it up every once in a while when they're on together.
So you can expect Rivers to be in a much more conservative mode for the foreseeable future, even though his new-found ideology is as fake as Angela Corey's eyelashes.
Leni
[By the way, a jury awarded her and her husband $1.5 million in a wrongful death lawsuit against the proprietor of the establishment where the non-crime occurred, then subtracted $500,000 from the award because even the civil jury agreed that her son was substantially responsible for his own death.]
A bad night for the Judge. As for Jerry, is anyone really surprised? Yes, tonight Jerry actually called Juan "Brain Cell" Williams "the most intelligent commentator on television."
