Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

My son-in-law was shot and killed by a black guy during a car-jacking.
The prosecution is now putting the jurors to sleep with their endless non-pertinent, redundant questions...
Officer: Z said he felt light headed...with injuries all over his head...
How stupid is the prosecution attempting to suggest Z should have waited until he had brain damage before shooting the attacker.

some well known actress died a couple years ago, Natasha Richardson, when she had a ski accident and refused help, died a couple hours later.
Even after a serious crime scene like that when you are bleeding and most likely in shock??
I caught something like that. Didn't he respond, and she said she wasn't sure if it was before or after the photo?
That is an odd comment since she said she and another person were the responders and not the team leader.
She had a "deer in the headlights" look through the entire series of questions about proper procedure with anything from head wounds to lacerations. She was either afraid of a trick question or she was out of her depth.
Bottom line, though, she was trying to be truthful, imho.
If Zimmerman is convicted can the Crackas go crazy, make threats, loot stores, riot and kill people.’
Why is it acceptable for everyone including the media for Blacks to act like this.

They have to do *something*. The political bureaucrats decided — against the considered opinion of the LEOs who actually KNEW the details of the case — that there WOULD BE a trial.
So — then what? If you’re the poor schmuck who, unlike Bondi and Corey, actually has to PREPARE THE CASE, you do what you have to do. You find witnesses and put ‘em on the stand.
What if Bernie DIDN’T call Lauer, the Good, the EMTs, the residents, etc.? What if all he put on the stand was that epic fail of a “girlfriend”? After the trial, the bosses would have Bernie’s head on a stick.
So he soldiers on. Just another moderately low-level government employee without principles, probably counting the days to retirement. Can’t tell ‘em to shove it, praying the world forgets this mess and gives him some good cases so he can get his career back on track.
If you had to be Bernie, what would you do?

I thought the States case was saying it was George on top beating Treyvon? Today, seems to have erased all of that speculation?

The prosecution is asking redundant (to treat them kindly) questions to repeatedly establish facts that aren’t actually in question and already established.
Did anyone notice in the video of Zimmerman at the police station that he attempted to wipe his feet on a rug as he came out of the police garage into the station itself. In the most trying moments of his life he is still trying to be respectful. And they’re trying to destroy him.

I was watching a documentary on a murder case the other night where a son axed his mom and dad in the head while they were still in the bed. After the dad was axed, he later arose from the bed, went out got the paper, went to the kitchen as if he were in his normal morning routine, and then fell dead on the floor. They indicated because a certain portion of his brain was not effected by the axe, he got up acting normal as if nothing had happened. Head injuries can make people do strange things.
He was definitely trying to minimize the scope and extent of the injuries. "Any comment that someone was banging his head?" Well, Mr Prosecutor, sometimes getting your face pummeled causes your head to slam backwards!
Why are they trying to keep up this charade? They'll need a magician to pull this out with their lack of evidence.
I know, the hypocrisy just screams! They best say their prayers that white a** crackers never decided to be completely done with the fake meme.

It's the politically correct thing to do. "George Zimmerman murdered Trayvon Martin" has assumed the status of dogma. They must at least act like they beieve it.
