Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

Question———did Zimmerman say that he only used his gun to shoot Martin AFTER Martin saw the gun on Z? That Z hadn’t attempted to shoot Martin before the gun was seen?
I am a former EMT, and I think the point that I would like to see made is that one can DROWN TO DEATH in their own blood, if not allowed to spit it out or drain it properly. It is much like being “water boarded” -— the sensation of not being able to breath.
That is the way I’ve always understood it according to Zimmerman. It was only after saint trey noticed the guy and said ‘you’re gonna die m*fer’.
It’s not just one or the other but both — both fear for his life from the beatdown and fear for his life from the MMA artist going for his gun.
My question is, since the Internet is now full of death threats towards white people if Z is found innocent, have the jurors been somehow threatened or heard of these threats at this point?

You just said what I was asking in post# 742. I asked it for the same reasons you said -——— the commentators are forgetting that the gun wasn’t an issue before Martin saw it.
For the life of me, I have no idea why the prosecution is calling these witnesses. The first one, the only eyewitness, says that Martin was on top apparently pounding Zimmerman. The second one says that Zimmerman’s injuries were there right at the beginning, as does the officer, and as does the responder, who says that Zimmerman was swollen and dizzy.
I have yet to hear a single witness address any evidence that Zimmerman attacked Martin with malice, murdered him, or was provably not threatened.
Right now the only thing Zimmerman could be convicted of from these prosecution witnesses is having been present to be slapped around.
Either this prosecutor has some slam-dunk hiding around the corner to be unveiled at the last moment, or this case never should have been brought to trial.
Actually, it is a matter of law, nationwide. We all have the right to refuse medical care. Only a judge can over rule that private decision.

My nephew, lives in a So Cal desert community. A very big commanding guy. One night he was jumped and attacked by four young black guys. They beat him almost to death and left him for dead, in a coma. He did recover but even after years, he still has a large protruding bump on his forehead from being slammed to the asphalt multiple times. Today he still lives in California and goes nowhere without a gun in his trunk, or motorcycle, a gun in his glove compartment or a gun on his person, no one menacing will ever get close enough to ever take him down again. He could have easily died had he not been found. This is what the Trayvon people wanted George to do, lay there, take his beating until he hopefully died. Crackers have it coming.

I live in Florida and have read many articles on this case. This is what I seem to recall in Zimmerman’s story.
The cow just rolled up over the hood , top and back and took off running. It totaled the car!

Did anyone notice that she said, “We might have wiped away some blood before the photo was taken.”
O’Mara didn’t say anything about that.
You most certainly DO get to decide whether to receive medical care in an ambulance. It is illegal for an EMT to kidnap you even to go to the hospital.
