I caught something like that. Didn't he respond, and she said she wasn't sure if it was before or after the photo?
That is an odd comment since she said she and another person were the responders and not the team leader.
She had a "deer in the headlights" look through the entire series of questions about proper procedure with anything from head wounds to lacerations. She was either afraid of a trick question or she was out of her depth.
Bottom line, though, she was trying to be truthful, imho.
It sounded to me that O’Mara has the lead EMT’s statements in hand and they are different than the female EMT’s statements.
