Hi AZ!
Good evening Mayor & thank you for our daily bread. Hope you & the family have a pleasant weekend. *Hugs*
Dudess!
I’m really good sweetheart. I’ve had out of town company all week so a bit worn out.
We drove up tp the high desert Wed to go shootin & with all the rain we’ve had this winter it was so very green & the wildflowers were stunning!
How’s that sweet baby girl today?
Done myself a bit of a bother. Tripped today and messed up my left wrist when trying to catch myself. Should have watched more footie to see how they fall. Dunno outcome. Typing wid one finger of right hand. Sheesh!
Where were you on Sunday, April 6, 1969?
When youre in a five year course, what do you call the third year? At the little engineering college I attended in Philadelphia, it was called pre-junior. I was in one of those six-month industry periods working at a lab. I was also watching to see if Richard Nixons secret plan to end the war was going to materialize. It didnt. At ROTC, we were beginning to realize that we were going to be sent into combat, not to win, but to preserve Nixons negotiating position in Paris. That didnt sit well with the corps of cadets.
So lets cue the Rockumentary theme!
San Remo Golden Strings: Festival Time
They labeled themselves Rock, Southern Style, although they were all from the San Francisco Bay Area. Producer Saul Zaentz asked them to change their name from the Golliwogs, and this was to be their third single and first real hit. It came in at #10 this week.
Good evening Linda Sue...I found a new spot for mexican food this week. Happy days....:) *Hugs*
Woohoo! Wish we could! The place we’ve been going is ok, but it’s NOT Manuel’s!
Hubby fixed steak and blanched asparagus tonight. YUM!! :)
Good evening Hope & thank you for our pledge. Hand over heart & prayers up! *Hugs*
