“tens of billions” is way understating the cost of this globalist social control program

You would think the Republicans would be making a big point of the fact that we have not had any warming in 20 years. They are apparently too afraid they will be hammered more as being anti-science if they should do so. There are good reasons why they are called the stupid party.

They will find a way to spin any anti-Global-Warming evidence into talking points that cast Conservatives as evil, mean, idiotic or whatever will work.

(Herr Goebbles would be proud.)

IMHO

Nothing will happen to the D’s.

They stop talking about it and the low information voters stop thinking about it.

Maybe,

There was Pinatubo in 91 supressing global temperature through around 93. Since then we have had rises in global temperature so your claim doesn't look correct.

The better thing to do is to point out that the chicken littles predicted much more warming that has failed to materialize. Also with the amount we do see in the graph above, it leads to 1.3C in the next century if it keeps going up linearly (unlikely since we are in a warm "stable state"). The most likely outcome of not having the extra CO2 would be a plunge into the cold state which we definitely do not want.

Especially when your typical "liberal" has a primary driving motivation of feeling good about himself as a good person.

Aye...

It’s too bad that we can’t dig to the root of their agenda and expose it to everyone.

It’s far too evil for your average LIV to accept and believe.

So when will the pseudo-science scammers be hauled into court to answer for all the grant money they looted from national treasuries? Can relatives of the elderly in Britain sue these criminals, who foisted their tainted studies on the gullible government, which then instituted carbon taxes that are so high that thousands of the old Brits died of hyperthermia in their apartments?

Why shouldn’t science scammers be prosecuted just as any other scammers would be?

American Progressives are not going to give up their cult religion, Global Warming easily. The schools are filled with the agenda pushers, that isn’t going to change anytime soon.

Globull warming stemmed from an anti-capitalist agenda.

It’s just another spread the wealth hoax in which a few of the politically connected elite get rich and everyone else suffers.

Bjorn Lomborg’s documentary, “Cool It” (available for free on Netflix) exposes numerous ways the money spent on this hoax could have been better spent to improve the lives of millions.

So then they will stop broadcasting all those documentaries that take you to beautiful places all over the world and in final 5 minutes say “but Global Warming could destroy all this blah blah.”

I'm sometimes surprised when a publication named "American Thinker" talks about "Voters" as if there's a great overlap between those two groups.

Sadly, not so much. The set of Voters is way bigger than the set of Thinkers, and not all the Thinkers bother to vote.

IOW, I'll believe in a voter backlash when I see it. I've been let down by wishful thinking (and common sense) before.

I am old enough to remember when “global warming” was global cooling and we had to do something about the next ice age.

First, I have no doubt that the temperature of the earth changes. Where I am living once was under a glacier. If it was not for the earth getting warmer, I would be freezing with all that ice.

The big lie is that man has anything to do with the change in climate (well I will concede that big cities can change the micro climate in and around the city, but that is not the same as changing world climate).

The entire fight against climate change is nothing more than a way to control people. More rules and regulations as well as a means of wealth distribution from those that work and earn to those that are friends with those that are in power.

TO #18: Very droll. Amusing. However, as for the backlash, don’t rule out the value of getting skittish politicians to run away in fear. Wink, wink
