Hahahha. Me too. Weren't the 70's great?
Seriously. We are in an interglacial phase, that means we are between ice ages. Temperatures will vary but there is nothing man can do to counter the effects of the sun.
I don't think enough work has been done on the positive effects of "global warming". Northern countries will enjoy a longer growing season, for example.
Lemmings, all of them. I think they are unintelligent people only good at one thing; smiling while lying. Whatever way the winds blow, the Republican establishment will follow.
Democrates and liberals are NOT interested in facts. They do not make fact based decisions. They make decision based on how they “feel” about something.
Plus it is way more important who won Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. After all they elected Taylor Hicks as POTUS.
(in other words, they KNEW all along it was a hoax! but they used that to get the changes they wanted.)
or, simply put.
The means, justify the ends.
Never underestimate the continued gullibility of the low information voter especially when they have been fed this global warming BS for decades by the media and in our schools. The global warming cultists have shifted gears and now call it “climate change” and use the same old man caused increases in CO2 in the atmosphere to explain everything including now global cooling.
Humanity crossed from superstition to the scientific era when Sir Francis Bacon publicized "The Scientific Method." This requires hard data from controlled experiments, which are independently repeated. But we now have "science by press release." Political activists calling themselves scientists offer raw opinion and speculation. And now Western civilization is in deep trouble. We are sinking back into superstition, in which elite priests tell us what to think.
I’ve already seen it. The internet led to more people reading online instead of cutting down trees to make newspapers and books. More trees = fewer green house gases in the air = less warming than expected.
The internet saved the planet, in their opinion and explains the lack of global warming since it took off.
