Is FReep having trouble again?

Are we starting to have technical/server issues again?
I've tried accessing through different computers with differnt browsers but have found the same problems on each:
1) My sidebars have vanished.
2) Only about a dozen or so articles display on the main page.
3) On some article, particularly the graphics intense only part of the article displays.
It appears as though the server is timing out too quickly.
