This will be a running thread for morning anecdotal observations of voting in Ohio. What are you seeing at the polls?
If you are in a predominantly democrat district, what does the crowd look like in comparioson with 2008 and in past election years?
I posted above and I would say that my precinct leans Republican. BUT, I do believe in 2008, my precinct went Obama. That election, there were plenty of obama yard signs and bumper stickers. This year? Republican signs of many candidates all over the place. Very few Obama signs.
It’s still somewhat busy right now considering that most people are working at the moment. It’s more than 100 yards though ;) I’ll be heading there shortly with Mikey in tow before the lunch rush.
metro west, Newton, Wellesley or further out in Framingham???
Got my misses out of that state and she now admits it was the best thing move she ever did, she said she feels her vote counts, she feels her tax money does not now go to issues like homosexual rights or even wasted on liberal agendas.
We’ll be going out later to vote and know our votes will be hel;ping to defeat the new Dem party called the socialist party.
Scott Brown is clearly very far from perfect. But if you look at his voting record you'll see that he votes with the GOP a good portion of the time whereas,as you and I *both* know,Liawatha,if elected, would be at Dirty Harry's feet 24/7/365.
I'm feeling like some Chick-fil-A for lunch.
Just got done voting in our precinct. There was a line of cars going into the parking lot. I had to wait aboiut 15 minutes to get a voting booth and again to cast my ballot through the scanner. Saw a lot of Romney/Ryan bumper stickers. Didn’t see any 0bama. In 2008, I waited 45 minutes to vote.
Heavy, heavy dem area...Cuyahoga County.
Yes, I know that. That's why I bothered to vote.
Voted around 8:45 in portage and line was still steady the poll workers said it was starting to slow down finally and were joking about bathroom breaks. 15 minute wait where before I would have just walked right in area leans conservative. took my daughter with me and then headed to kent for an errand - color me shocked right in the middle of downtown was a chair with a Romney sign in what I would have always considered a hard lib central with the college and all.... Think it bodes well.
YES. Enthusiasm is on the side of the CHALLENGER in this election. Long lines outside of corrupt city centers is great news.
Here is the link: A MUST READ FOR THOSE FOLLOWING THE OH VOTING
Chicago boys are going to give Nate a nice muslim send-off (beheading video at 11).
May the heros of Benghazi be proud of how we vote today.
They gave their lives for us, now we need to give our votes for them.
Vote as if the lives of our Military Men and Women depended on it.
Heavy turn out in a mostly Republican district. More heavy than 2008

We have all seen the boarded up GM plants in Moraine. Will these unemployed or under employed union workers still vote for the Democrat? I know a few that wont. However, the Dayton area does seem to have more than its share of moochers.
“LETS GO MONTGOMERY COUNTY!!!!”
Right on! If Romney can win or even make it close in Montgomery County, then OBAMA is toast in Ohio.
Warren Co. was heavy this morning. Hopefully the union workers will make a choice between America and their fat collective bargen buddies in the public union (those retards would vote for the devil to keep there pockets lined).
My 1st grade son wants to go to vote with me so I will be voting after school.
GO RED!
Not just Moraine. When Delphi left, they closed down plants in Vandalia, Dayton and Kettering as well. Not to mention all of the Dealerships that closed down or had to start selling other cars.
bump.
