Yes you are right. I don’t know why I thought more RINOs were on the Court. Oh well. I guess the Court is not as bad as I thought....although always could be better...100 percent conservative court. lol.

Agreed, I would not condemn anybody that withheld their vote from him, but what are they thinking?

If Romney should do the right thing for even the wrong reasons, really would not matter. The unborn child does not care if Romney does the right thing for the wrong reason.

We can pressure Romney into doing the right thing when he gets a chance to appoint a SC Judge

Last desicion was Christopher v. SmithKine Beecham Corp, so no Obamacare or Arizona decisions today. Watch for Thursday, but likely next Monday.

Communist health”care” will be upheld. Only Scalia, Alito & Thomas will vote against. I want like hell to be wrong, but that’s what I think will happen. And frankly, once they have “nationalized our very bodies” (as Mark Steyn so succinctly puts it) not much else matters.

According to SCOTUS blog they are through issuing opinions for today. So we have to wait for the big one.

Nothing today. They’ve concluded opinions and are admitting new lawyers to the SC Bar. Perhaps Thursday or next Monday.

SOTUS will split the baby - throw a little something to each side.

They simply will not have the guts to completely overturn the signature accomplishment of the nation's first mulatto president.

Of course, that will make the situation even worse than it is today.

Each side will spin it as a win and dig their heels in to protect the position they have gained or held on to.

Democrats will lay plans to steamroller the republicans into restoring the full act, while republicans will be determined to kill the remnants that SCOTUS left intact.
