Obamacare: Upheld 6-3.

We should be winning everything that is for the Constitution but unfortunately our Republican Presidents are just as bad if not worse than the Democratic Presidents when picking Justices.

The SC is irrelevant. Obama will ignore them. He already set the stage for characterizing them as obstructionist and right wing.

He will continue to advance HIS version of immigration reform.

He will implement ObamaCare through executive mandates and other quasi legal methods.

He is not demonstrated any inclination to live within the bounds of the Constitution.

And NO ONE has shown any inclination to forcefully stand up to him.

My Prediction: SC decisions are irrelevant. Amnesty for illegals and Socialized Medical care will become facts.

I was expressing my true sentiment. I have a generally favorable opinion of GWB, but at the same time, I believe he was and is a globalist, and some of the actions he took really grate on me.

In this thread, I was just making a brief and offhand remark in response to an off the cuff remark by another poster that GWB was "stealthy" about his ties to globalist forces; which, IIRC, was brought up as a tangent to GWB's nominiation of Roberts to the US Supreme Court.

You get the last word. I'm certain that you and I would not get along well in a debate, and I have other things to do. Claim victory if you want, I don't care.

It isn’t quite true that nobody stands up to him.

There are states that are fighting like cornered cats against Obama on a whole host of fronts.

The Supreme Court isn’t irrelevant, as its function is to state what the law is and is not.

If he is ruled against, but ignores the ruling, STATES are on completely solid ground to ignore Obama.

Well, the last word doesn’t matter so much as what actually happened.

What I think happened was he called em as he saw em and got some right and some wrong.

There was no grand NWO and daddy driving him to do everything, was there Mr Cboldt?

The NWO was totally against AMERICA lifting a finger to do anything about 9-11 or perceived weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, but under W, AMERICA did anyway.

Some of his decisions were just plain mistaken, but he wasn’t conspiring against the country and was the best of the Bushes.

That might not be saying much, but he’s light years better than daddy and mega light years better than Jeb.
