A YouTube video uploaded on Monday afternoon apparently shows a schoolteacher from the Rowan-Salisbury school district in North Carolina informing a student that failing to be respectful of President Obama is a criminal offense.
The video shows a classroom discussion about the Washington Post hit piece about Mitt Romney bullying a kid some five decades ago. One student says, “Didn’t Obama bully someone though?” The teacher says: “Not to my knowledge.” The student then cites the fact that Obama, in Dreams from My Father, admits to shoving a little girl. “Stop, no, because there is no comparison,” screams the teacher. Romney is “running for president. Obama is the president.”

Totally beside the Romney-Obama debate, she is not in control of her class at all. She doesn’t belong in a class. Not even to mention that she has no idea what she is talking about.

It doesn't appear that she is teaching anything, as far as course content...the students will probably leave her class more ignorant than when they started.
But they will have gained respect for the importance of diversity and the need for affirmative action, and have learned that differences must be debated in a civil and respectful manner.
I sent an email to the district superintendent stating pretty much that.....
Was the little girl shoved by little Barack white, Christian &/or straight? If so, then the teacher is correct as it did not meet the definition of bullying.
Kid gets a D in respect for an elder. He gets a B for understanding the course material.
The teacher gets an F for understanding the course material, and a D for social skills.
Teacher should be fired for incompetency. Student should be commended, and apologised to by the principle in front of the student body.

Now that I have seen the picture, my suspicions are confirmed.
This is another of the many signs that we are becoming a full-on totalitarian police-state. The tendency for schools to stop teaching and start indoctrinating is one of the symptoms that speak about the disease.
By the way, I went to school in the late 60's and 70's ann although they tried hard to indoctrinate me (for example, about how the progressive tax was so 'fair'), I emerged briefly liberal (primarily about pot) and then quickly shifted to conservative (primarily about guns and taxes). So it didn't take.
